However, the PI of these precursors showed a trend to decline in high-risk MDS, reaching minimal proliferation values in RAEB-2, intermediate-2, high-risk IPSS MDS and AML patients (p≤0.01 vs . normal BM, RA and low-risk MDS) ( Table 2 ).
Knockdown of MUC1 in the HCLE cells did not result in a significant change in TER as compared to the control cells, but knockdown of MUC16 resulted in a highly significant decrease in TER compared to all other cell lines ( Fig. 6C ) (p<0.01).
Solar radiation of MERRA showed a positive trend of 3.36 MJ m −2 yr −1 (p<0.01), which is consistent with that of observed sunshine hours ( Figure 2B ).
Highly significant (P<0.01) general combining ability (GCA) were found for all the traits and specific combining ability (SCA) for root dry weight and root fresh weight; while the SCA effects of all the rest of the traits were significant (P<0.05).
In agreement with the outcomes of attribute weighting algorithms, ANOVA showed that that in respect to different HA subtypes (as dependent variable), differences between important structural features including Non-reduced cysteines Extinction, Count of Isoleucine, Freq of Cysteine, Freq of Aspartic Acid, Freq of Glutamic Acid, Freq of Glutamine, Freq of Arginine, Freq of Tyrosine, Percentage of Histidine, Percentage of Methionine, Percentage of Tryptophan, Percentage of Tyrosine, Count of Phe-Met, Freq of Pro-Gly, and Freq of Trp-Leu are highly significant (p = 0.01) ( Table S3 ).
The skew was also highly significant in the shared goal condition (skew = −1.31, SE = .43, z = −3.05, p <.01), therefore, we used non-parametric statistics to test the effect of our manipulations.
On day 10, the lowest weight loss ratio was observed in the 0.50 g/L cinnamon essential oil treatment group, which was highly significant ( P < 0.01) from CK1, CK2 and 1.00 g/L mugwort essential oil treatment groups.
The KMO measure of 0.648 and a highly significant Bartlett’s test of sphericity (χ2 = 1027.199, p < 0.01) confirm the suitability of the data for factor analysis.
IPSPs showed a highly significant (P< 0.01) beta frequency component, which was highly significantly coherent with both the Layer II and V LFP oscillation (which were in antiphase to each other).
The significance levels of each test are reported as significant for p<0.05 (*), as highly significant for p<0.01 (**) and as extremely significant for p<0.001 (***).
This indicated that all observed P sex values for each MLG expansion were highly significant at the p <0.01 threshold, suggesting that all of the samples are clonal.
The plot of the aiming error at 300 ms after movement onset ( Figure 4 ) gives a similar picture to the one offered by the lateral deviation ( Figure 3.a ); no significant differences among the groups (F(2,15) = 0.208; p = 0.814) were observed and highly significant differences between the target sets (F(5,75) = 231.84; p<0.01).
The mean phenolic compounds released after 12 hrs of the run (Q 12 ) from F1, F2, and F3 were approximately 19.6%, 42.5%, and 36.8%, respectively, and the difference was highly significant ( p < 0.01) ( Table 5 ).
Response of tef yield to nutrient types under irrigation production system Both grain and biomass yields showed highly significant (p ≤ 0.01) differences among treatments at all experimental sites under the irrigation production system.
In fact, the correlation between the microarray gene expression intensities and the qPCR normalized C T values was statistically highly significant for genes such as Fgf2 ( r = 0.64, p<0.01) and Adcy1 ( r = 0.73, p<0.01) ( Fig. 10B ).
The model indicates a highly significant treatment effect, which was explained by the interaction terms- cycle*treatment ( p = .010) and cycle 2 *treatment ( p = .0136)- after the difference in the peak-pain scores of the two groups was adjusted for cycle trends.
Then, when applying a polynomial regression of degree 2, a significant forecast estimate of a decreasing trend of the pandemic was found (multiple R-squared: 0.351, adjusted R-squared: 0.337, F-statistic: 24.84 on 2 and 92 DF, p < 0.01).
This ability of the Abp1 C-terminus to activate actin filament formation mediated by N-WASP in vivo is clearly reflected in the highly significant (p<0.01) increase of transfected cells that display filamentous actin at the surface of N-WASP/Abp1-C-terminus-decorated mitochondria ( Figure 6O ; 90±6% in Mito-GFP-N-WASP/Abp1 flex/SH3 cotransfected cells versus 73±2% in cells transfected with Mito-GFP-N-WASP alone).
