Highly significant negative correlations ( P <0.01) were observed for 4 pairs of fruit phenotypic and quality traits, and significant negative correlations ( P <0.05) were observed for 15 pairs.
Excerpts
The cellular MDA content increased to extremely significant levels at 0.8 mg/mL koumine ( p < 0.01) and significantly decreased at 0.05 mg/mL koumine compared to NC ( Fig 2C ).
In early cultures, the difference between proliferative indices in cells differentiating to SMPCs versus not differentiating was highly significant (45.5 ± 5.5% vs. 3.0 ± 0.3% at 2 d, p < 0.01, Bonferroni multiple comparisons test).
This result is robust to an alternative specification using the number of restricted activities as the determinant; an additional home restriction is associated with a highly significant ( p < 0.01) 5.0 percentage point increase in likelihood of reporting period teasing ( Table 4 , Column 2).
This difference is highly significant for a one-way ANOVA test ( F (1, 97) = 13.79, p < .01).
We further analyzed the mixture population (grouping the C3B6F2 and B6C3HF2 populations) and found the DXMit166 was empirically highly significant (LOD = 4.33, p<0.01) and no significant loci was found on autosomes ( Figure 3 ).
However, there was a highly significant 2.5 fold increase in motor neuron survival within the hNPC GDNF group when compared with the non grafted side (P<0.01; Figure 7B, C ).
In addition, only the genes, which significantly changed at least at one time point during LR with significant difference (P≤0.05) or extremely significant difference (P≤0.01) between PH and NC groups were referred to as LR-associated genes.
Unless otherwise indicated, results were considered statistically significant if p < 0.05 or highly significant at p < 0.01.
A highly significant increase in frequency was also observed for NREM sleep (increase by 57%, 422.4±35.8 versus 269.8±26.1, p<0.01) and wakefulness (increase by 55%, 411.0±34.7 versus 265.2±26.6, p<0.01).
KEGG analysis of DAPs We also conducted KEGG analysis to further explore the molecular functions of DAPs identified in this study, the highly significant enriched DAPs ( P < 0.01) were in four pathways: ‘Ribosome’, ‘Phenylpropanoid biosynthesis’, ‘Glutathione metabolism’, ‘Glycolysis/Gluconeogenesis’ and ‘Flavonoid biosynthesis’ ( Fig 3 ).
As shown in the graph ( Figure 7 J) and table 1 the ICQ values were consistently positive and highly significant not only in the central optical sections but also in the up and down sections (n = 5, t-test p < 0.01 versus 0).
This indicated that all observed P sex values for each MLG expansion were highly significant at the p <0.01 threshold, suggesting that all of the samples are clonal.
As determined by a Monte-Carlo approach (see Methods ), this OSI was highly significant ( Figure 5B , p<0.01), whereas direction selectivity was not significant ( Figure 5C ).
A number of genes, including PRKG1 , CNTN4 , and PRKCE , contained clusters of nominally significant SNPs (p<0.01): 17 SNPs in PRKG1 , 9 SNPs in CNTN4 , and 5 SNPs in PRKCE (see File S2 ).
Comparisons were deemed significant when p <0.05 and highly significant when p <0.01.
A highly significant increase (P<0.01) in CD25 was detected on monocytes ( Fig 6A ) at the 1-hour time where the monocyte numbers were reduced, showing that among the monocytes remaining in the blood circulation some were activated.
As expected, we observed strong activation of IFN-β , IFN-λ1 and ISG54 genes in response to 88-bp dsRNA with highly significant (p<0.01) difference compared to all other treatments in both HaCaT and U373MG cell lines at almost all time points ( Figure 2 ).
Difference between groups was considered highly significant when p≤0.01 and significant when p≤0.05.
Two of the investigated polymorphisms, rs2072493 in TLR5 and rs3853839 in TLR7 , showed nominally significant allelic association with RA (p≤0.01; Table 1 ).
The expression of ROS in the NMN-treated group showed a decreasing trend at 24 h or 48 h (120.3±15.28 24 h aged vs. 78.00±3.61 24 h aged+NMN; 167.3±5.51 48 h aged vs. 117.0±6.11 48 h aged+NMN; Fig 2B ; p<0.01; n = 3).
LCM A and B were highly significant for predicting both one-year mortality and LVEF response for both models (p<0.01).
As shown in Fig 2 , a highly significant negative correlation ( p < 0.01) was observed between single-round strokes and the following performance indicators: GIR ( r = −0.484), SG: Approach the Green ( r = −0.445), Scrambling ( r = −0.476), One putt in Hole ( r = −0.466), and SG: Putting ( r = −0.567).
Onto each white matter ROI, we projected the map, derived from the output of the TBSS analysis described above, of all voxels within the overall white matter skeleton in which there was a highly significant inverse correlation between FA and response latency (p<0.01 after family-wise error correction).
Though all associations are highly significant (p<0.01 in the Kruskal Wallis Chi-square tests), the rate of increase across wealth groups varies.
