While BLI detected tumors at 1-week, it failed to detect tumor growth, displayed a decreasing trend overtime (slope = -9.0x10 8 ; p = 0.0028), and terminal signal did not correlate with ex vivo tumor mass (r = 0.01853; p = 0.6286).
This association is highly significant since the 10 isolated HSCR patients have only one variant but the 8 HSCR cases with additional anomalies have 7 variants (P = 0.0029).
In addition, there was a significant interaction between Duration and Intensity, F (1, 42) = 8.7, p = .005, ηp2 = .17, due to a significant difference between the high and low magnitudes in the high intensity light bulb conditions in comparison to a marginally significant difference in the low intensity light bulb conditions (10.8, p = 0.003, vs. 8.9 seconds, p = 0.06, respectively).
Relative to the baseline summer season, the winter, spring, and fall season regression terms were all found to be highly significant ( P = 0.003, P = 0.0004, P = 0.001, respectively), indicating that season has a significant impact on the number of weekly diagnostic submissions.
Further analysis of the sex interaction in MEST1 indicated a highly significant result in males for MHT in ABC36 alone (-0.929 95% CI -1.531,-0.326; p = 0.003; R 2 = 0.152) and in the combined cohort analysis (-0.807 95% CI -1.268,-0.346; p = 0.001; R 2 = 0.138).
Although the frequencies suggested an increasing trend along the level of expertise, the novice groups did not differ from each other significantly, only the experts (beek. vs. univ.: χ 2 (1) = 8.74; p = .003; C corr = .29).
There was a general trend towards those with more severe levels of intellectual disability being more sedentary and less physically active, however, ANCOVA adjusted for confounding variables only found a significant trend towards a decreasing number of steps per day as the level of intellectual disability becomes more severe [ F (2, 145) = 6.2, p = .003].
Correlation analysis showed a highly significant relationship (p = 0.003, Pearson r = 0.78) between tumor volume and SFRP2-targeted video signal when omitting the aforementioned “outlier.” Even when this data point was included in the correlation analysis, there was a significant relationship between tumor volume and SFRP2- targeted video signal (p = 0.048, Pearson r = 0.56) as illustrated by the best-fit line in Fig. 5 .
The difference in methylation phenotypes between mice that had no past paternal transmission and those that did was highly significant (P<0.003; one-tailed Fisher's exact test).
The Spearman’s correlation test for association between annual PTH rates and time (year) performed for the adult age group showed a statistically significant, mild to strongly positive correlation, indicating an increasing trend of adult PTH rates over time (year) (Rs = 0.64 [95% CI: 0.28 to 0.84], P = 0.003).
Finally, at 30 degrees to the right, surprised faces were recognized significantly better than disgusted faces ( t (13) = 4.53, p = .0006; d = 1.21; Mean Surprised = 0.61, Mean Disgusted = -.03) while a strong trend was present for happy faces to be better recognized than disgusted faces which did not survive correction ( t (13) = 3.64, p = .003; d = .97; Mean Happy = 0.71, Mean Disgusted = -.03).
Amongst black patients, plaque prevalence was 36.7% and the area under the curve (AUC) of the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was not associated with plaque presence for the MDRD equation (p = 0.3), whereas the respective relationship was significant or borderline significant (p = 0.003 to 0.08) and of similar extent (p>0.1 for comparisons of AUC (SE)) for the other 8 equations.
Comparison of the average mean thrombus T 2 values revealed a highly significant (p = 0.003) overall decrease of T 2 from 25.8 ± 2.3 ms pre-injection to 22.4 ± 2.1 ms post-injection of ION-Micelles ( Fig. 4 ).
A highly significant difference between wild-type mPA-PLA1α and 1362delA mPA-PLA1α activities was observed (H = 8.5; p = 0.003) ( Table 1 ).
A two-way ANOVA of blastocyst number for the period May to October, showed a highly significant increase in blastocyst numbers with time (P = 0.003), but no effect of age on blastocyst numbers (P = 0.485) and no interaction between age and month (P = 0.560) ( Table 3 ).
The estimated pooled OR for both 2 trials shows a highly significant reduction of the risk of recurrence for patients receiving adoptive immunotherapy (OR = 0.35; 95% CI, 0.17 to 0.71; p = 0.003; Fig. 2 ).
