If we treat each fixation as independent of the others, the K-S test produces highly significant effects for both the training stimuli ( D (2025, 1913) = 0.114, p < .001) and the transfer stimuli ( D (2049, 1825) = 0.083, p < .001).

The correlation between mean plot CAI in soil layers above and below 20 cm depth was highly significant in Areas 1 and 2 ( r -Pearson = 0.56 and 0.51, respectively; P <0.001 under bilateral torus-translation test) but not in Area 3 ( r -Pearson = −0.09; P = 0.66).
There is a significant trend towards more negative average δ 13 C values through time (Student’s t test; p<0.001) and, as with the collagen results, the most variation within Phase V.
A p -value of < 0.05 was considered statistically significant, and highly significant differences ( p < 0.001) were noted where applicable.
The results also agreed with previous findings [58] , [59] that the incubation temperature has highly significant effects on the viral polymerase activity (F = 271; P<0.001).
Correlation between smell and taste tests A highly significant association between tested hyposmia and tested hypogeusia was found (φ = 0.24; p <0.001).
Fishers exact test showed that the relationship between nonspecificity and inhibition was highly significant (p << 0.001) and that conventional primers produced significantly more nonspecificity (p = 0.008) and inhibition (p = 0.002) than did HAT-PCR primers.
Furthermore when the third factor continuous light was included, the interaction between all three factors was highly significant for normalization with the selection of reference genes (p<0.001), ACT2 alone (p<0.05), but not significant when normalizing with EF1α alone ( S4 Table ).
We found that the main effect of grade was nonsignificant but the main effect of numerosity was highly significant ( F (3.49, 164.16) = 395.02, p<.001, power= .99).
A similar pattern of results was found for the measure of avoidance latency, with a highly significant two-way interaction, F (12,164) = 3.0, p = .001, reflecting poorer acquisition curves in the 50 and 100 Hz groups relative to the 20 Hz and no stimulation groups ( Figure 2 , middle panel).
As result, the test was highly significant for both the 10S pattern, χ 2 (24) = 185, p < 0.001, and the 10M pattern, χ 2 (24) = 145, p < 0.001, indicating that they were probably not produced by a homogeneous Poisson process.
For statistical analysis we performed one-way ANOVA with a Bonferroni post-hoc test and found particularly highly significant differences for tspC − and wildtype cells at 20 and 30 min ( Fig 8A , ** = P = 0.001) and significant differences for 40 min ( Fig 8A , * = P < 0.05).
Correlation between muscular fatty infiltration evaluated by visual score and by qMRI A highly significant correlation (R 2 = 0.64, p<0.001) was observed between the mean visual score of fatty infiltration in thighs and the intramuscular fat fraction using qMRI ( Fig 6A ).
Temporal analysis of genome size (2000–2025) revealed an overall positive correlation (ρ = 0.17, p < 0.001, n = 1,067), with complete genomes showing stronger correlation (ρ = 0.223, p < 0.001, n = 45) while contig-level assemblies exhibited a negative trend (ρ = −0.214, p < 0.001, n = 776), likely reflecting assembly fragmentation artifacts.
Accordingly, when the SPV-gain values were submitted to a factorial ANOVA with fixation and ellipse as fixed factors and participant as random factor, the main effect of fixation was highly significant ( F (1,14) = 59.5, p <0.001).
The microbiological quality of drinking water improved significantly with treatment, and TC concentrations increased significantly along the finished PSW supply chain (i.e., from PWMF to POS), while there was a nonsignificant trend towards increasing E . coli concentrations along the supply chain (p<0.001 and p = 0.07, respectively).
Moreover, MTA1-knockdown tumors treated with compounds had further response, and the differences versus EV-Ctrl became highly significant (p = 0.001 for resveratrol, p = 0.0004 for PTER).
A significant trend ( χ 2 = 70.328, P <0.001) was identified that showed a growing proportion of rural cases.
In the CTRL group, an increase of BLI was observed, while in the group treated with NTP (NTP group) a highly significant stabilization was induced by the treatment (p<0,001 at D30).
A small but still highly significant correlation was also found between P . falciparum gametocyte and genome copy numbers ( r = 0.259, P <0.001) ( Fig 2 ).
When uniquely genotype C patients were taken into account, a higher proportion of mutations, reaching a highly significant statistical difference (p<0.001), was found among patients with disease progression to LC and HCC (Group 3).
Furthermore, a highly significant (P < 0.001) over-expression of AGR3 protein in G1 and G2 breast tumours compared to normal breast tissues ( Fig. 2G ) was detectable as well.
V yolk /V egg (where V yolk in this figure is the yolk excluding the embryo volume) consistently showed a decreasing trend (all occasions, p <0.001) ( Figure 2C ).
The inclusion of PC SIZE as a covariate in the model comparing bill depth between populations still resulted in highly significant differences (GLM: PC SIZE : F [1;281] = 23.2, P<0.001; Sex: F [1;281] = 2.3, P = 0.130; Population: F [3;281] = 190.2, P<0.001; Sex vs.
Using this dose on islets treated with IFNγ, Il-1β, and TNFα for three hours resulted in highly significant reductions in the induction of Ccl2 (15.6 fold, p<0.001), Ccl20 (8.0 fold, p<0.01), Cxcl10 (22.3 fold, p<0.001), Cxcl11 (37.9 fold, p<0.001), Cxcl9 (4.8 fold, p<0.05), Il-15 (9.1 fold, p<0.01), and in iNos (33.8 fold, p<0.001) ( Fig 8B ).
