Two-way PERMANOVA indicated that there was a highly significant difference in benthic assemblage between location (F 4, 103 = 4.39, P = 0.001, ECV = 38.42%) and between sites within location (F 17, 103 = 12.16, P = 0.001, ECV = 43.15%), suggesting that significant variability in community types exists both between and among high-latitude locations.
Excerpts
The ANOVA results ( Table 3 ) indicate that among the investigated process parameters, layer thickness has the most significant influence on flexural strength, contributing approximately 89.17% of the total variation with a highly significant effect (p = 0.001).
There was a significant trend (p<0.001) for odds of vaccination with increasing categories of age.
Here, a Student’s t -test revealed highly significant latency differences between conditions ( t (17)adj = -14.143, p < 0.001, d = -6.860).
Although the median age of cHL patients in the EBV+ group did not differ much from that of the EBV- cHL patient group (31 years, range: 4–74 ys and 27 years, range: 8–74 ys respectively) ( Table 1 ), the 10 years age group distribution between EBV+ and EBV- patients did show a highly significant difference (p<0.001).
Table 5 presents genome-wide significant and Figure 2 nominally significant results ( P <0.001) of a meta-analysis of the discovery sample and the replication sample.
At 36 months, significant and borderline significant declines in qHBsAg, respectively, were noted in the group A (p<0.001) and in group B (p = 0.068) patients ( Fig 2B ).
The paired t-test yielded highly significant differences (p<0.001) between the bite durations of strong (0.68 s ± 0.26 s) and weaker bites (0.45 s ± 0.11 s).

Interestingly, the nonsurvivors receiving appropriate empirical antibiotics showed a trend of no or less increase in Oxa-51 DNA compared with those receiving inappropriate empirical antibiotics ( P <0.001, Mann-Whitney U test, two tailed) (left panels, Figures 3B and 3C ).
A decreasing trend was also noted for the rate of penetrating keratoplasty since 2008 (P < 0.001 using MARS).
Test results are given as p-values; significant values are shown as *p≤0.05 and **p≤0.01, highly significant values as ***p≤0.001.
Since the effect of TL was always highly significant (p < 0.001), though, such caveat should be less likely to influence the interpretation of this variable.
Highly significant time effects ( P< 0.001) were determined for most measured metabolites in IR and CR, except for the total SCFA concentration ( Table 2 ).
Genetic structure among populations was highly significant for both global R ST (0.162; p<0.001) and global F ST (0.053; p<0.001).
Importantly, the interaction factor was highly significant (F(1,22) = 18.8, p<.001, η p 2 = .461).
The mean mid-upper-arm-circumference (MUAC) was 284 mm (range 152–390) for individuals with a vaccination scar and 266 mm (182–352) for individuals without any scar (unadjusted, p = 0.009), the difference being highly significant in an analysis adjusting for sex, age and HIV status (p<0.001).
The correlation between weight and seed number was positive and highly significant ( r (18) = 0.868, p = 0.001; Fig 2 ).
In contrast, the proportion of ACJ dislocations was clearly significantly less frequent in the pediatric group (p < 0.001) than in the adolescent and adult group with increasing amount proportional to age.
Note however that this post-hoc analysis did not remove the strong difference in occipital/posterior cingulate ratio between the CAA and AD groups, which remained highly significant ( p <0.001).
Despite the growth of CCBs, there was a decreasing trend of nifedipine utilization in prescriptions with antihypertensive agents from 18.9% (6,154/32,629) in 1997 to 6.4% (4,142/65,134) in 2011 ( p <0.001 in linear-by-linear association).

The decrease of VBP drug expenditures showed a trend of tertiary hospital ( β = −0.64, p < 0.001) > secondary hospital ( β = −0.57, p < 0.001) > primary healthcare centers ( β = −0.39, p < 0.001).
The Monte Carlo test with permutations of the coordinates of each point (plot) indicated that the separation between the types was highly significant (P < 0.001) and explained 36.8% of the variance between the types ( Fig 3 ).
Regarding the frequency of use of facilities, the results show that commercial, community services and cultural facilities are associated with active ageing and exhibit a positive trend, with higher frequency of use corresponding to higher active ageing scores ( p < 0.001), as shown in Table 2 .
The results are highly significant for the entire shape ( F = 55.22; df = 1, 98; p < .001), the haft shape ( F = 26.95; df = 1, 98; p < .001), and the blade shape ( F = 69.67; df = 1, 98; p < .001), and we confidently reject the null hypothesis of “no allometry” (full results in S2 Table 1 in S2 Table ).
In HEK-293FT ( Fig 2A ), the difference in luciferase expression level was highly significant (p<0.001) from Day 1 where pCpG-free gave ≈ 3 log 10 lower expression than pCpG-rich.
