Regarding the other shared genes, the functional enrichment analysis (via TopGO) using CDC42BPB (CDC42 binding protein kinase beta, with a predominant role in regulating actin cytoskeleton and cellular polarity [ 27 ]), SLC1A5 (Solute Carrier Family 1 Member 5, in charge of carrying neutral amino acids through the cellular membrane [ 28 ]), and SLC22A18AS (Solute Carrier Family 22 Member 18 Antisense, encodes a long non-coding RNA, involved in epigenetic regulation of the gene SLC22A18) revealed highly significant biological processes (adjusted p = 0.0043, fold enrichment = 100), including: L-glutamine import across the plasma membrane (GO:1903803), positive regulation of the vitamin D receptor signaling pathway (GO:0070564), L-aspartate import across the plasma membrane (GO:0140409), L-serine transport (GO:0015825), and glutamine transport (GO:0006868).
Among the mutations analyzed, KRAS was the only one associated with a diagnostic predictive power for BCL2L15 , as the chi-squared test was highly significant ( p = 0.0043), with 79% of BCL2L15 -high expressing subjects in the MUT subgroup ( Figure 6 J).
However, the increase in TEER from cells with TNFα removal was not sufficient enough for a significant difference to the cells without the removal of the cytokine, but was close to being statistically significant (one-way ANOVA: F (2,26) = 6.64, p = 0.0047, n = 7–13; TNFα w/o Recovery: 77.36 ± 11.41%; TNFα w/ Recovery: 115.88 ± 15.65%; p = 0.076).
Differences were considered as “highly significant” in cases with p -values ≤ 0.005, as “significant” with p -values ≤ 0.05, as “borderline significant” with p -values between 0.05 and 0.1, and as “not significant” (n.s.) with p -values ≥ 0.1.
Significance was defined as ‘not significant’ (n.s.) with p values > 0.10, as ‘borderline significant’ with p values from 0.10 to 0.05, as ‘significant’ with p values from 0.05 to 0.005 and as ‘highly significant’ with p values < 0.005.

The difference in HMGB1 content between supernatants and EVs in CAL-62 is highly significant ( p < 0.005).
Highly significant p -values were also found for the peaks 2362, 3059, and 3938 with p -values < 0.005.
The differences were considered as ‘not significant’ in cases with p values >0.1, as ‘borderline significant’ (significant*), with p values between 0.1 and 0.05, as ‘significant’ (significant**) with p values between 0.05 and 0.005 and as ‘highly significant’ (significant***) with p values <0.005.
Significance was defined as ‘not significant’ (n.s.) with p values > 0.10, as ‘borderline significant’ with p values 0.10 to 0.05, as ‘significant’ with p values 0.05 to 0.005 and as ‘highly significant’ with p values < 0.005.
Correlations between symptom scores in the different years were moderate to high and highly significant in all cases (values between 0.367 and 0.839, p < 0.005 in all comparisons; Supplementary Table S2 ).
normal mucosa were highly significant for hOGG1 ( p < 0.005), RAD51 ( p < 0.001), MTH1 ( p < 0.04) and MUTYH ( p < 0.01), indicating enhanced DNA repair activity in these tumor cells. 2.3.
Data have been considered statistically significant with a p -value <0.05 (asterisk) and highly significant with p -value <0.005 (two asterisks) [ 28 ]. 4.8.
Highly significant differences were defined in cases with p -values ≤ 0.005 and significantly different cases with p -values between 0.05 and 0.0051. 5.
The differences were statistically significant for anti-AMPA-IgA and IgM isotypes and were particularly highly significant ( p < 0.005) for anti-CFFCHP1-IgA. 2.4.
Scar appearance, as judged by the Vancouver Scar Scale clinical standard, was equivalent between treatment groups after one month, but after nine months αCT1 treated scars showed a highly significant, 47%, improvement ( p < 0.005) in scar appearance ( Figure 3 ).
The clustering of the pretreated AML patients and HD based on the highly significant DE miRNAs (21 up and 18 down p < 0.005 and 2 FC) showed a high separation between the two groups ( Figure 1 A,B).
