Excerpts
As shown in Supplementary Table 1 , there were extremely significant differences in phenotype between different environmental conditions ( P < 0.0001).
The Mantel test between Dim1-Dim2 matrices was highly significant (r=0.817, p<0.0001), revealing that the external phenotype of the landrace is very recognizable and easy to differentiate from other varieties.
Correlation coefficients ( Table 4 ) among environments for disease severity were highly significant and ranged from moderate to high ( r = 0.54 to 0.90, P < 0.0001 ).
3 Results 3.1 Effects of climate, geographic site, land-use system, and their interactions on tree diversity Among the factors tested, land-use system had a highly significant effect ( P < 0.0001) on tree species richness, abundance, evenness, and Shannon diversity indices ( Table 3 ).
The analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA) detected highly significant differences among RILs for all traits in each environment ( p < 0.0001, Appendix C ), which indicates that genetic factors explain a large fraction of the observed phenotypic variability.
edamame quality harvest date planting date color pod weight Arkansas Soybean Promotion Board 10.13039/100007483 Impact of Planting and Harvest Dates on Edamame Harvest Quality Index of Thee Soybean Cultivars ANOVA of EHQI for the three soybean cultivars showed significant effects of Planting Date ( p = 0.0003, p < 0.0001, and p = 0.0356 for 8080, R08-4002, and R09-345, respectively) and highly significant Harvest-Date-by-Planting-Date effects (all three cultivars had p < 0.0001).
The association between CT repeatability and the wind parameters (average wind speed, maximum wind speed and wind direction) were generally poor and not significant, with the exception of 2016 ArduCrop where correlations were highly significant ( P < 0.0001) and ranged from 0.24 to 0.28.
One-way ANOVA across environments indicated that genotypes (representing established DH populations and their parents), growing environments, and genotype–environment (G × E) interaction had a highly significant effect on SL ( P < 0.0001) ( Table 2 ).
The mean differences between the two groups were highly significant ( t = 11.01, p < 0.0001 and t = 7.90, p < 0.0001 for 2016-off and 2016-main seasons, respectively) indicating that SrH confers significant effects on disease severity reduction in addition to conferring a resistant infection response.
The first component explained the largest portion of the variance, accounting for 41.144% with an eigenvalue of 9.463224, and was highly significant (chi-square = 30699.3, p < 0.0001).
Discussion Highly significant differences ( p ≤ 0.0001) were observed between the accessions for all of the studied traits (Table 1 ).
The ANOVA indicated a highly significant G × Y interaction [ p < 0.0001, F (66.45) = 1.112 for Fe] and [ p < 0.0001, F (62.43) = 1.112 for Zn].
When pooled together, the two groups of lines “low RAS/RT ratio” (L8, L82, and L44) and “high RAS/RT ratio” (L92, L12, L118, L14, L57, and L39) were clearly separated in terms of average RAS/RT ratio, the difference being highly significant (respectively 9.15 < 19.35 g/g; Student t -test p < 0.0001).
Variance analyses showed that the effects of population, photoperiod treatment and population × photoperiod treatment interaction on days to bolting, days to flowering, rosette leaf number, and flower stem length were highly significant ( P ≤ 0.0001; Supplementary Table S2 ).
A strong and highly significant knock-down of expression ( P < 0.0001, n = 12) was detected 3 days post-agroinfiltration ( Figure 5 ).
Plant height of the 55 genotypes was also highly significant (P<0.0001), ranging from 33-100 cm.
Two-way ANOVA revealed highly significant genotype effects for TaExpA6 (p < 0.0001), with Bonferroni’s multiple comparisons test showing consistent and significant changes in mRNA levels at 10, 14, and 21 DAA (adjusted p-value < 0.05, Figure 6E ).
Likewise, there was a highly significant difference in dry biomass at all tested separation distances (p-value<0.0001) ( Figure 5C ).
Influence of light treatment on plant height was highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
In the same region, we identified several markers near-significant ( p < 0.0001) for crown rust reaction and severity and one marker significant for days to anthesis (GMI_ES03_c7453_413).
Analysis of variance showed highly significant variation due to year-by-genotype interaction effects ( p < 0.0001) in both HRP and CGP ( Table 2 ).
