Plant Chl content and RWC The effects of SWC, available soil-Pi levels and cowpea varieties were highly significant ( p < 0.001) with regard to the Chl content (Table 1 ).
Experiment 3 Within the doubled haploid population, when using the “target” growth stages for transfer as a fixed effect there was a very highly significant interaction ( P < 0.001) between temperature, growth stage, and DH line for grain number.
Soil pH emerged as a master regulator, exhibiting highly significant negative correlations with all measured soil nutrients (SOM, TN, TP, TK, AN, AP, AK) and most hydrolase enzymes (URE, ALP, SUC, PRO) ( P < 0.001), while showing a unique positive correlation with polyphenol oxidase (PPO) activity ( P < 0.01).
The genetic differentiation coefficient among populations is 0.129 and is highly significant (P < 0.001, based on 1,000 permutations).
Low temperature stress induced highly significant genotypic variation (p<0.001) for all traits except for root and plumule length.
Internode length was the most strongly differentiated trait, showing highly significant differences at both canopy strata (p < 0.001 for middle and lower internodes; Supplementary Table 2 ), and ordering across strata.
After thinning markers controlling for false discovery rate, and accounting LD among diverse accessions, GWAS revealed 26 highly significant (LOD score of ≥3, P ≤ 0.001) and 33 “suggestive” (LOD score of <3, 0.001 < P < 0.05) associations for resistance to L. maculans , scored as per cent internal canker infection, plant survival and UCI on 17 chromosomes of canola, with the exception of C07 and C08 ( Supplementary Table 5 ).
All the results were highly significant (P < 0.001).
The data showed that the correlation of this trait reached highly significant level (p<0.001) among all environmental points.
Oviposition sites (i.e., calyx, stem, and lateral) on fruits had a highly significant influence on CM oviposition ( P < 0.001; Table 3 ).
There was a significant genetic variation among accessions for all the traits in the two water conditions, the water treatments had highly significant effects on GNS and ASSN ( p < 0.001; Table 1 and Supplementary Figure 2 ).
The table shows highly significant ( P < 0.001) differences were detected among generations for both crosses 1 and 2.
A non-parametric analysis of variance (Kruskal–Wallis test), followed by Dunn’s post-hoc test, indicated highly significant differences (p < 0.001) for VC as well as for all soil surface components.
The difference is denoted in four levels, significant *p< 0.05, highly significant **p< 0.01, extremely significant ***p< 0.001, and highly extremely significant ****p< 0.0001.TBtools ( Chen et al., 2020 ), SPSS22.0, and GraphPad Prism (GraphPad Prism 8; GraphPad) were used to analyze and plot the data.
Incidence of Citrus Canker and Huanglongbing In regard to citrus canker incidence on harvested fruits, a highly significant ( p ≤ 0.001) interaction was observed between the 19 late-season sweet orange selections and the two assessed harvest seasons, 2020 and 2021 ( Table 8 ).
The AMOVA analysis on the 29 accessions ( Table 2 ) prior to grouping revealed a highly significant ( P < 0.001) differentiation among the accessions accounting for 5.4% of the total variation.
For both barley and bean, we found a highly significant correlation between the modeled h leaf and the measured τ (p < 0.001).
Results Vegetation cover changes during 1982 to 2020 in the Tibetan plateau As shown in Figure 3 , between 1982 and 2020, nearly 89% of the alpine ecosystem in the Tibetan Plateau showed an increasing trend in vegetation cover, with a rate of change of 0.0019 per year for VCI ( p < 0.001) and 0.0096 per year for LAI ( p < 0.0001).

Temperature provoked highly significant main effects ( p <0.001) on A nmax , I sat , I c , R d , g s-max , T r-max , and WUE inst-max , suggesting increasing the temperature from 30°C to 35°C profoundly impacted these traits independently of CO 2 concentration.
The effect of “rust infection” was statistically highly significant [repeated measures ANOVA: F (1,10) = 19.815, P = 0.001], as was the interaction of time and rust infection [repeated measures ANOVA: F (4, 40) = 10.665, P < 0.001].
