AMOVA was used to determine that variation among and within groups was highly significant ( P < 0.001), with the clusters capturing 31.5% of the total genetic variations, while 68.3% was explained by individuals within populations ( Table 2 ).
Thirdly, correlations that were highly significant ( P -value < 0.001) and with Spearman’s rho >0.5 and <-0.5 were considered to be correlated and selected for network analysis.
Results and discussion Highly significant differences ( p <0.001) for BSR response among AB-QTL lines were observed disease incidence (DI) in all field seasons, as well as disease rating (DR) and area under the disease progress curve (AUDPC) in the greenhouse with a moderately high broad-sense heritability ( H 2 ) of 0.61 for the tested resistance parameters.
Soybean yield response as affected by Rh inoculation and P application A one-way ANOVA testing the effect of the treatment on grain yield was highly significant for the SS (F = 65.4, P< 0.001), NGS (F = 86.6, P< 0.001), and SGS (F = 127.3, P< 0.001) agroecological zones, respectively ( Figure 3 ).
Coefficients of determination were relatively high for each individual tree (BB: 0.66 ± 0.19, RO: 0.62 ± 0.12, HE: 0.69 ± 0.11, ME: 0.82 ± 0.17, Supplementary Tables S1–S4 ) and for site mean sap flow (BB: 0.80, RO: 0.68, HE: 0.74, ME: 0.90), all highly significant (p < 0.001).
When combining all five families selected, the percentage of early flowering individuals in the early flowering epimutant lines (74.5%) was nearly six times the percentage of control lines (13.3%, Table 4 ) and a highly significant difference ( p < 0.001) was detected between early flowering families and the control.
Phenotypic relationships between traits Highly significant relationships ( P< 0.001) were identified between the quantitative traits ( Figure 1 ).
It is at the level of 180 g per plant per year, highly significant ( p < 0.001) with R 2 = 0.64 ( Supplementary Figure S1 , depicting all the individual plant replications of the selected families, as well as the corresponding frequency distributions of each year).

3.5 Polynomial response surface model The second-order polynomial RSM model was highly significant (F(5, 84) = 27.0, p < 0.001), explaining 59.4% of the total variation in bulb yield (Adjusted R2 = 0.5936).
A highly significant positive correlation ( P ≤ 0.001) between spike compactness and FHB was also evident in all the three environments.
Results Vegetation cover changes during 1982 to 2020 in the Tibetan plateau As shown in Figure 3 , between 1982 and 2020, nearly 89% of the alpine ecosystem in the Tibetan Plateau showed an increasing trend in vegetation cover, with a rate of change of 0.0019 per year for VCI ( p < 0.001) and 0.0096 per year for LAI ( p < 0.0001).
The ANOVA results revealed highly significant differences ( p < 0.001) across the genotypes (G) and genotype × year (G × Y) interactions but no significant differences between the two years (Y) ( Table 1 ). 3.3 Resequencing of sweet potato genotype resources and SNP calling Sequencing was performed after constructing a GBS library of the 96 genotypes.
euteiches strains and pea cultivars, as well as their interaction, showed to have a highly significant ( p < 0.001) effect on root dry weight in the growth chamber pot trials ( Table 2 ).
Similarly, the environment effect was highly significant (P ≤ 0.001, P ≤ 0.01, and P ≤ 0.05) for all the evaluated traits except for 4 traits (LA, LL, LW, SD) in ‘1-XY’בN188’, two trait (H, PL) in ‘ZL-3’בN188’, another trait (H) in both ‘ZL-3’בN188’ and the joint family.
Highly significant differences (p < 0.001) were observed for all traits at Bunda location (peduncle length, days to 50% flowering, days to 90% maturity, pods per plant, seeds per pod, seed length, seed width, 100-seed weight, and grain yield).
