The differences were considered to be statistically significant if P ≤ 0.05 or 0.001 < P ≤ 0.01 and were considered extremely significant if the P < 0.001.
NDF concentration showed a highly significant positive correlation with WSC concentration ( p < 0.001) and pH ( p < 0.01), but a significant negative correlation with LA concentration ( p < 0.05).
In this study, there were significant ( p < 0.05) differences in MK content between day 22 and 28 in C1, C2, and C6, while extremely significant ( p < 0.001) differences were observed in C3, C4, and C5, suggesting the suitability of C1, C2, and C6 as fermentation substrates for appropriately shortened-term fermentation processes.
The correlation analysis demonstrated that Proteobacteria , the first dominant phylum, was positively correlated with almost all the environmental factors, among which SBR and GLU had the highest correlation, all of which reached an extremely significant level ( p < 0.001); POXC and AK ( p < 0.01); and TOC, UA, and CA ( p < 0.05).
The analysis indicated a highly significant disparity between the two groups (χ 2 = 45.0, df = 1, p < 0.001), confirming that Z2-1 inoculation markedly promoted the establishment of symbiosis between P. umbellatus and A. gallica .
Asterisks (***) denote highly significant differences between groups ( p < 0.001). 3.
Such a difference in the response between the two cultivars, i.e., the interaction between cultivar and plant disease status, was highly significant ( P < 0.001).
The differences in abundance among Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes, Chloroflexi, Gemmatimonadetes, Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria, and Acidobacteria were extremely significant ( P < 0.001) at the phylum level ( Figure 2F ), while at the genus level, the abundance differences among Pseudomonas , Ralstonia , Lechevalieria , Rhodanobacter , Rhodococcus , Bacillus , and Flavobacterium were extremely significant ( P < 0.001).
The differences between the IFN treatment groups and NC group were extremely significant ( P < 0.001).
Moraxella , Pseudobutyrivibrio , and Ruminiclostridium_9 were negatively correlated with acetate in a highly significant way ( P < 0.001), and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.7.
For glucose yield, however, the interaction term between mass loss and decay type was highly significant ( P < 0.001), though the main effect of decay type was not significant ( P = 0.547).
In addition, pairwise ANOSIM analyses suggested that there were extremely significant differences between the CN and LC groups (global R = 0.4905, P = 0.001), between the CN and HC groups (global R = 0.3245, P = 0.001), and between the LC and HC groups (global R = 0.2366, P = 0.008) ( Table 5 ).
Furthermore, there was a highly significant decrease ( p < 0.001) in the mortality of larvae pre-treated with L. reuteri ( Figure 7 ).
In fact, among the three populations, extremely significant differences were found for CYP4C67 [ F ( 2 , 27 ) = 21.056, P < 0.001], CYP4C68 [ F ( 2 , 27 ) = 14.979, P < 0.001], CYP4C70 [ F ( 2 , 27 ) = 28.084, P < 0.001], and CYP4DB1 [ F ( 2 , 27 ) = 19.673, P < 0.001].
In vitro Killing Kinetics of MDR-EAEC With Indolicidin In groups I, II, and V, the antimicrobial effect of Indolicidin was highly significant ( P < 0.001) at 120 min of co-incubation ( Figure 1 ).
hydrophila isolates were statistically highly significant ( p < 0.001, Fisher’s exact test).
Statistical analysis revealed a highly significant treatment effect on growth inhibition in dual culture ( F = 47, p < 0.001).
For each of the 1000 sub-sampled trials, the divide between freshwater, marine, and terrestrial environments was highly significant and explains much of the variation (ANOSIM ranges: p = 0.001 to 0.005 and R = 0.65 to 0.60).
As shown in Figure 10A at the genus level Candidatus_Scybalousia showed a highly significant positive correlation with the COL11A1 gene ( p < 0.001), Candidatus_Pelethosoma showed a significant positive correlation with the COL11A1 gene ( p < 0.01) and Candidatus_ Fimihabitans, Mesoplasma, Paramaledivibacter, Xylanibacillus, Zarconia, Gallionella were positively correlated with COL11A1 ( p < 0.05).
In the M habitat, pH showed a highly significant positive correlation with Marinimicrobia ( p < 0.001).
Variations in amino sugars and MNC content in soil LMM analysis showed that land-use type had a highly significant main effect on all four amino sugars ( p < 0.001), whereas soil depth alone had no significant main effect on any of them.
Based on the whole dataset, the correlation between the environmental variables and the community structure was highly significant (Mantel statistic, r = 0.60, P < 0.001).
Furthermore, hierarchical AMOVA revealed that most of the evident genetic diversity is collectively accredited to highly significant genetic differences between the four whitefly cryptic species (Fst: 91.83%; P < 0.001), and the haplotypes within these cryptic species contributed to 8.16% of the variation ( Supplementary Table S6 ).
