The PPR group, on the other hand, showed a markedly significant increase ( p < 0.001) ( Figure 4 ).
Excerpts
Therapeutic treatment with INI-2004 led to a highly significant (p ≤ 0.001) reduction in lung eosinophil influx across both INI-2004 doses and treatment cohorts ( Figure 3 ).
As shown in Figure 1 , all HTLV-1–infected individuals (ACs, HAM/TSP, and ATLL) exhibited strong reactivity to 44 epitopes, whereas healthy controls (HCs) displayed only low-intensity binding restricted to 9 epitopes, resulting in a highly significant difference (p < 0.001) for all HTLV-1–infected groups compared with HCs.
Serum dsDNA levels of the participants The serum dsDNA level was significantly higher in the AGA group compared to both the AHU and HC groups, with a highly significant statistical difference ( P < 0.001).
Sensitivity analysis revealed that this result was strongly influenced by GSE185263 : after excluding this study, the association became highly significant (SMD ≈ -0.90, P < 0.001) with reduced heterogeneity, whereas removal of other studies yielded non-significant P-values.
This difference was highly significant (p=0.001).
To confirm the two-step model of Fas increase, we performed a post hoc test for linear trend, which was highly significant ( p < 0.001) for both % (slope 18.8) and MFI (slope 64.1).
Both MPLA and Pam2 have a highly significant positive trend between number of agonists and TNFα intensity ( p < 10 –3 ) and reasonable R 2 values for the curve fit given the degree of biological variability inherent in an immune response ( Table 1 ).
This analysis confirmed that the first five principal components (PC1-PC5) were highly significant (p < 0.001), as their eigenvalues substantially exceeded those obtained from randomly permuted data.
The increases in CD8 + T cells in the ESAT-6 Exo group were highly significant ( p < 0.001).
Importantly, the onset of monocyte priming coincided with an increase in total plasma cholesterol levels (compare Figures 2 C and 1 A), and there was a highly significant correlation ( P < 0.001) between plasma cholesterol levels and monocyte chemotaxis (Figure 2 D).
Similar results were obtained for the whole-plaque cohort (stable and unstable plaque), where CCR6 showed a highly significant (P = 0.001) correlation with CCL18 levels (data not shown) when taking all plaques.
Notably, at 6 dpi, the Long-BAC group maintained a significantly elevated pathological score relative to the other two groups, with a highly significant difference compared with the rLong-BJ1903-AF group ( p < 0.001); a statistically significant difference was also observed between the rLong-BJ1903-AF and rLong-SY2103-BF groups ( p < 0.05) ( Figure 3C ).
CPCR administration resulted in a highly significant recovery of the spleen index ( p < 0.001 vs.
The greater levels of inhibition of proliferation increased with time on alemtuzumab and were highly significant (p<0.001; one-way ANOVA).
Among these, TK1 exhibited a highly significant high-risk feature (HR = 1.37, p < 0.001) ( Figure 4B ).
Differences were considered statistically significant for P -values of <0.05 (*) or highly significant for P -values of <0.001 (**).
Interestingly, the mean overall latency to respond to the correct nose-poke aperture ( Figure 1D ) was highly significant [ F (7, 49) = 4.164, p < 0.001].
In the experiment, the immunization group showed a highly significant difference in IFN-γ levels compared to the control group ( P <0.001), indicating that the recombinant vaccine effectively upregulates cellular immunity in mice.
There was also a highly significant difference between different income classification of countries ( P < 0.001), with a longer median length of excretion for high-income countries (2.5 years, 95% CI: 1.3–3.7) than upper-middle income countries (1.0 year, 95% CI: 0.9–1.3), lower-middle income countries (1.0 years, 95% CI: 0.8–1.5), and low-income countries (0.8 years) (Figure 3 C).
Following baicalein pretreatment, cell migration was markedly inhibited: the wound closure rate in the high-dose group decreased to 6.3%, showing a highly significant difference compared to the Model group (P < 0.001).
showed a trendP < 0.001
Consistently, DIRAS3 and FOSB showed a trend of downregulation in MM patients relative to normal subjects (P < 0.001), whereas the other genes showed the opposite trend (P < 0.001) ( Figure 12 ). 4.
However, in a similar manner a highly significant (Friedman: p<0.001; adj. p (3d post exchange-exchange day <0.001) increase in fibrinogen concentration was observed [median day of exchange: 162g/L (IQR 106/222); median 3d post exchange: 273g/L (IQR 210/389)], following a non-significant (Friedman: p=0.079) decrease ( Figure 5E ) prior to the system exchange.
