Furthermore, immune infiltration analyses showed that 8 types of immune cell infiltration showed highly significant differences between the two risk groups ( p < 0.001).
Excerpts
The expression level of CpIML4 was highly significant ( p < 0.001) compared to the control group at 24 hpi, indicating that CpIML4 RNAi was reliable for further study.
Results A highly significant correlation (p<0.001, r=0.99) between the percentages of plasmablasts recognized by V-CD38 and C-CD38 was observed among 36 healthy controls (HC), 7 patients with AbD and 24 allergic individuals (AI).
Within both SAM-H1/CNE and aMIV groups, Tbet expression was generally higher in Cd62l- pent+CD8+ T cells compared to their Cd62l+ counterpart, with differences being highly significant at early time points after immunization ( Figure 5A , D10p1 and D10P2; adjusted Fisher’s exact test p -value ≤ 0.001).
Similar results were obtained for the whole-plaque cohort (stable and unstable plaque), where CCR6 showed a highly significant (P = 0.001) correlation with CCL18 levels (data not shown) when taking all plaques.
This difference was highly significant at p < 0.001 ( Figure 1A ).
Interestingly, the naive fish treated with EE 2 showed a markedly significant (p < 0.001) increase in the peroxidase activity relative to the control fish ( Figure 3A ).
The results showed that 14 proteins were highly related to SARS-CoV-2 infection, and 12 proteins were further screened with highly significant levels (p < 0.001) that were closely related to hospitalization outcomes; among them, the proteins ADM, IL-6, MCP-3, TRAIL-R2, and PD-L1 can be used as predictors of death.
After excluding outliers exceeding 3 standard deviations (14 T1DM samples with S1P > 2315.3 nmol/L and 9 HC samples with S1P > 761.8 nmol/L), the difference remained highly significant (606.7 ± 431.8 vs. 390.8 ± 160.5 nmol/L, P < 0.001; Table 3 ), confirming that the elevation was not driven by extreme values.
A highly significant heterogeneity was observed in these studies ( I 2 = 75%, Q -test p < 0.001); thus, the random-effects model was adopted for analysis.
These differences between CMV-positive and negative animals are statistically highly significant (p=0.0011, Figure 2B ; p<0.0001, Figure 2C ).
Frequency of FcγRIII + AMs showed a strong trend toward correlation with SIV-specific ADP, and at 2-wpi FcγRIII expression negatively correlated with viral load ( r = −0.6819; p = 0.0013), suggesting a contribution to viremia control.
The weighted average of this correlation across all psoriasis datasets was highly significant, [r s = 0.31 (0.12, 0.51); p = 0.0014], with no evidence (p = 0.33) of any substantial residual heterogeneity (i.e., there was no remaining variability in effect sizes that was unexplained) ( Figure 3B ).
The cervix, characterized by extremely low richness and evenness, differed markedly from neonatal placental samples, which exhibited higher but heterogeneous alpha-diversity; all indices were highly significant in both cohorts (Chao1 p = 0.00145 in LP; p = 0.000923 in TP; Shannon p = 0.00031 in LP and p = 0.000931 in TP) ( Figures 4 , 5 ).
The regression model predicted that in presence of aCCP, anti-S levels increased by 6.28 times, a highly significant result (p= 0.00165).
In addition, because CD4T and CD8T showed nominally significant associations with hsCRP, we also tested these interactions in chronic pain and found that CD4T, but not CD8T, positively interacted with hsCRP (beta=2.5, p=0.00175; n=820; Figure 1E ) in chronic pain.
Highly significant changes in total leukocytes ( P = 0.0019), macrophages ( P < 0.0001), γδ T ( P = 0.0001), αβ 1 T ( P < 0.0001) and αβ 2 T cells ( P < 0.0001) were also observed in growing feathers of non-expressing Brown line control chickens ( Figure 1B ).
The treatment with CsA led to a highly significant decrease of the teratoma frequency in RAG2 −/− and RAG2 −/− γc −/− mice in comparison to the untreated animals ( P = 0.0019, χ 2 test).
These variables were entered into the multivariate logistic regression model, which showed that individuals aged 70 years or older had a significantly higher likelihood of being within the molecular transmission network compared to those aged under 25 years (OR = 2.17, 95% CI:1.02-4.62), with a positive trend observed across increasing age groups (trend χ2=9.695, p=0.002).
The correlation analysis indicated a highly significant negative correlation between GBP2 and P2RY12 (cor = -0.641, p = 0.002), while a significant positive correlation was observed between GBP2 and PSAP (cor = 0.660, p = 0.002) ( Figure 4D ; Supplementary Table S3 ).
We showed that a highly significant and specific correlation ( P < 0.002) existed between the frequency (or number) of WA-to-WG mutations and the number of mRNA hairpins that could potentially form at such WA mutation sites.
We detected a significant excess of variants in two of the pathways in CVID patients when compared to controls: Fc epsilon RI signaling and cytokine–cytokine receptor interaction pathways ( P < 0.001 and 0.002, respectively), plus two other marginally significant pathways after applying multiple test correction: cytosolic-DNA sensing, and NFKB signaling ( P = 0.002 and 0.001, respectively).
In fact, reduced concentrations of IgA, IgG and IgM were seen in all MS patients who underwent apheresis ( n =6), with the decrease in IgG levels being highly significant (from 4.21 to 0.82 g/L or -81% on average, p =0.002).
Two-way repeated measures ANOVA analysis revealed a highly significant increase in total plasma cell frequency ( Figure 1F ) associated with both IL-21 treatment (p=0.002, F=14.1) and KSHV infection (p=0.002, F=14.4) with a significant interaction of the two variables (p=0.001, F=17.8), indicating that KSHV and IL-21 synergistically increase total plasma cell numbers in our ex vivo cultures ( Figure 1G ).
In sharp contrast, CADA nearly completely blocked the upregulation of 4‐1BB in all samples (89 ± 4% and 79 ± 3% reduction in MFI for CD3/CD8 and PHA, respectively), which was highly significant (p = 0.0025 and 0.0011, respectively; paired t-test).
