The Egger’s test result was highly significant (t = 6.60, p < 0.0001), indicating potential asymmetry and suggesting the likelihood of publication bias ( Supplementary File S26 ). - Similarly, in the OS multivariate analysis, the funnel plot showed some studies lying outside the triangular area, consistent with significant heterogeneity.
As shown in Figure 2 a,b for the universal assay, we found a highly significant correlation (R 2 = 1.000, p < 0.0001 without; R 2 = 0.998, p < 0.0001 with added third-party DNA) between the numbers of HCK and axi-cel copies up to the lowest concentration.
Similarly, the percentage of positive fields for IL-13Rα2 expression in 2+ and 3+ positive specimens in IHC analysis demonstrated a highly significant trend in these specimens (well differentiated = 35.0%, moderately differentiated = 82.0% and poorly differentiated = 94%; exact p < 0.0001) compared to PDAC samples with negative values of IL-13Rα2 (≤ 1+) ( Figure 1 D).
Statistical significance was defined as significant (* p -value ≤ 0.05), very significant (** p -value ≤ 0.01), highly significant (*** p -value ≤ 0.001) and extremely significant (**** p -value ≤ 0.0001). 5.
The results obtained by the spectrophotometer reading at a wavelength of 488 nm were extremely significant: FPP ® induced a highly significant decrease ( p < 0.0001) in the blood ROS levels, directly related to the size of the tumor ( Figure 5 ).
A highly significant association between the categorical PD-L1 TPS assessed by IHC and the continuous GEP-derived PD-L1 (CD274) was identified ( p = 0.00013).
In an analysis of subgroups according to grade, no difference in terms of occurrence of metastatic disease was observed for grade 1 and 2 tumours between the treatment periods, whereas a highly significant increase in the number of patients with metastases for grade 3 tumours was noted in the recent period ( p = 0.0002).
SLN status did not impact the prognostic strength of this risk score, since after stratifying by SLN status, the gene signature risk score remained highly significant ( p = 0.0002) ( Figure 3 ).
The Ctn reference ranges determined in this way for patients with nodular thyroid findings (90% confidence intervals) were <3.0 to 9.1 pg/mL for women and <3.0 to 14.1 pg/mL for men, i.e., very similar to the reference ranges specified by the manufacturer and with a highly significant sex difference ( p < 0.0002).
This meta-analysis failed to show any benefits of adjuvant bisphosphonates in premenopausal women, but highly significant improvements in bone recurrence (RR = 0.72; 95% CI 0.60–0.86, 2 p = 0.0002) and breast cancer mortality (RR = 0.82; 95% CI 0.73–0.93, 2 p = 0.002) were seen in the 11,767 postmenopausal women included in the meta-analysis.
Significant or near-significant differences were found in the localization of the primary tumor (extrapelvic localization 86.4 vs. 61.6%, p = 0.0002) and the rate of applied MA (13.6 vs. 24.2%, p = 0.0686).
In contrast, the study connection was only marginally significant (OR 0.97; 95% CI 0.94–1.00; p = 0003) and did not link with the progression of proliferative alterations in males with prostate cancer (n = 22,773) compared to the control group (n = 23,050) [ 141 ].
Similarly, the Jaccard distance metric was highly significant (R2 0.47, p < 0.0003) for the HpN vs.
The highly migratory cell lines (BxPC-3 and Panc-1) presented the highest oxygen consumption rate (OCR) ( Figure 1 E), and a highly significant correlation was observed between myoferlin abundance and basal OCR (r = 0.9997, P = 0.0003). 2.2.
The association was highly significant in women (OR = 1.68, 95% CI = 1.26–2.23, p = 3.54 × 10 −4 ), but not in men (OR = 1.14, 95% CI = 0.85–1.53, p = 0.39). 2.5.
