The average Spearman correlation between the scores of the four hypoxia profiles was 0.82 and highly significant (range 0.71–0.90, p -values < 0.0001, Figure 2 A), demonstrating that the four gene expression profiles rank patients similarly.

In addition, these remained highly significant after exclusion of outliers ( r = −0.525, p < 0.0001 and r = −0.507, p < 0.0001, respectively; Figure 2 b).
benign or normal groups were highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
The chi-square analysis indicated a highly significant association between gender and cancer prevalence (χ 2 (1) = 27.535, p < 0.0001), with a higher prevalence observed among females (18.2%) compared to males (15%) in our sample.
However, the analysis also revealed substantial heterogeneity, with an I 2 statistic of 100% and a highly significant test of heterogeneity (p ≤ 0.0001) ( Figure 2 and Figure 3 ).
This represents a highly significant overlap (odds ratio (OR) = 10.45, p < 0.0001, and OR = 18.74, p < 0.0001, respectively; Figure 2 ) which could explain some of the synergistic/additive effects of LMP1 and LMP2A observed in mouse B cells described above.
The Egger’s test result was highly significant (t = 6.60, p < 0.0001), indicating potential asymmetry and suggesting the likelihood of publication bias ( Supplementary File S26 ). - Similarly, in the OS multivariate analysis, the funnel plot showed some studies lying outside the triangular area, consistent with significant heterogeneity.
We identified a highly significant difference of the mean scores between the groups with a p -value of <0.0001.
For OC125, M11-like, and OC125-like, the differences between binding and non-binding were highly significant, with p < 0.0001 at 95% confidence. 3.3.
The model exhibited good discriminatory power with a C-index of 0.731 and a highly significant likelihood ratio test ( p < 0.0001).
The results obtained by the spectrophotometer reading at a wavelength of 488 nm were extremely significant: FPP ® induced a highly significant decrease ( p < 0.0001) in the blood ROS levels, directly related to the size of the tumor ( Figure 5 ).
Similarly, the percentage of positive fields for IL-13Rα2 expression in 2+ and 3+ positive specimens in IHC analysis demonstrated a highly significant trend in these specimens (well differentiated = 35.0%, moderately differentiated = 82.0% and poorly differentiated = 94%; exact p < 0.0001) compared to PDAC samples with negative values of IL-13Rα2 (≤ 1+) ( Figure 1 D).
As shown in Figure 2 a,b for the universal assay, we found a highly significant correlation (R 2 = 1.000, p < 0.0001 without; R 2 = 0.998, p < 0.0001 with added third-party DNA) between the numbers of HCK and axi-cel copies up to the lowest concentration.
In the total population, no significant trend could be observed in the T2DM group [APC: −0.50% (−1.12–0.10%), p = 0.0991], while a decreasing trend was found in the Non-Diab group [APC: −1.79% (−2.07–−1.52%), p < 0.0001].
A highly significant correlation (r 2 = 0.86, p < 0.0001) was found, indicating an increased tumor uptake of 99m Tc-HYNIC-Annexin A5 ASOT to be a potential predictor of clinical therapy outcome.
The primary patient-derived xenografts used for this study displayed a wide range of tumor hypoxia (1%–39%) that was highly significant ( p < 0.0001), whereas there was relatively little variance in the levels of hypoxia within replicates from the same model ( Figure 1 A).
The univariate Kaplan–Meier analyses in both cohorts ( Figure 2 G,N) nevertheless demonstrate robust and highly significant survival differences ( p < 0.0001), confirming a consistent biological signal.
The correlation between B-cell counts and mTLS area was highly significant ( p < 0.0001) with an r value reaching 0.900 ( Figure 7 K).
