The age subgroup analysis demonstrated that the pooled prevalence of FIPV was 2% (95% CI, 1–3%) for cats over two years old; however, it significantly increased to 15% (95% CI, 8–22%) for kittens aged two years and below, with an extremely significant difference ( p = 0.000) observed between these two age groups ( Figure 6 B).
