However, compared to the the traditional health-education booklet, SHEMA intervention might be more effective in improving EQ-5D index and younger patients’ (aged ≤55 years) stroke risk factor knowledge because there was a marginal significance for difference in EQ-5D index and improvement patient numbers between the two groups.
