Within the PD-1 hi populations, cells expressing either CXCR5 and/or CCR9 of pSS patients showed a trend of higher ICOS expression compared to HC but this was only significant in CCR9+ Tfh-like cells (28.6% and 55%, medians for HC and pSS, respectively, p = 0.02, Figure 2 B).
