PERMANOVA analysis did reveal differences between pools (F-statistic: 3.0992; p -value: 0.003) and showed differences very close to significance among wall versus sediment type of habitat (F-statistic: 2.6692; p -value: 0.053).

This obscurity might be resolved with an increase in study size as the P -value and 95% CI came very close to significance in our paper adjusted multivariate analysis ( Table 6 ).

Mediation of intervention effects of TASH on symptoms and functional impairment through parenting behaviour The total effect of the TASH intervention on ODD symptoms reached significance, while the intervention effects on ADHD symptoms and functional impairment did not (but were very close to significance; see Tables 1 and 2 ).

Notably, quantitative analysis showed that circDLC1 is significantly downregulated in FUS P525L MNs, while circSLC8A1 has a p -value very close to significance ( Figure 4 b); however, both circRNAs were upregulated during MN differentiation ( Figure 4 c).

Comparison of different regions of Rag1 The 5' and 3'-ends of the gene differ in terms of genetic diversity, with the 5' significantly more variable than the 3', across all vertebrates (Table 6 ) as well as within single vertebrate lineages, with the exception of the number of variable nucleotide sites for Aves, Lepidosauria (but for these two groups the p-value is very close to significance), Mammalia, and Testudines (Table 7 ).

Furthermore, the taste attribute “ bitter ” and the texture attributes “ friability ” and “ graininess ” showed p -values very close to significance (α = 0.05) ( Table 2 ).
