In comparison with the control group, the Qigong exercise group showed high heterogeneity (SMD = −0.75; 95% CI, −1.17 to −0.32; P = 0.02; I 2 = 67%), suggesting that Qigong exercise had a slightly significant effect on BMI and that the sources of heterogeneity required further assessment in a subgroup analysis.
In a study conducted in Jordan among hospitalised patients with CKD, the majority of DRPs (62%) were classified among the significant category; however, the study used a different scale (extremely significant, much significant, significant and slightly significant). 25 In a study conducted in Canada, approximately half of the observed DRPs were moderate in severity in terms of causing harm to patients with CKD. 26 The different scales used in severity assessment across the literature make the comparison seem challenging.
However, in this background, V1V3dKO mice displayed a slightly significant higher number of jumps in comparison to their WT littermates (119.75±16.86 jumps for V1V3dKO versus 66.33±8.5 for WTs) ( Fig. 5F ), suggesting that loss of TRPV3 in TRPV1-KO background significantly decreased the massive escape behavior observed in TRPV1-KO mice.
