Comparing perceived health status between genders showed a slightly non-significant higher value in men, consistent with previous studies showing a worse self-perception of health in women [ 18 ].

The use of 6–12 mmol of NO 3 − contained in beetroot juice supplements produced significant improvements in time to exhaustion in a 5–30 min cycling race, but slightly non-significant improvements in time trial or graded-exercise performance [ 80 ].
Interestingly, SRT2104-treated mice showed a slightly non-significant increase in NAMPT levels, which may reflect a partial restoration of NAD + biosynthetic capacity.
A previous study [ 38 ] showed that mean operative time was comparable between RIRS and mini-PNL with a slightly non-significant advantage for RIRS (45.8 vs. 52.8 mm).

From the pharmacodynamics aspect, the results of the current study showed a slightly non-significant difference between the fast and fed groups indicating the absence of clinical effect of food on the pharmacodynamics of indapamide in compliance with what was reported in the literature regarding the probable food effect on indapamide clinical efficacy [ 13 ].
Total white blood cell (WBC) counts, indicative of significant inflammatory processes, increased significantly ( p < 0.05) in all DSS-exposed groups, with slightly non-significant higher counts in the non-treated group, compared to the f-hPSCs IP-injected mice ( Figure 2 C).
By contrast, only a significant reduction in BP was found in the C group (Table 2 ), and a slightly non-significant increase in UrNa (+ 1.2 mmol/24-hour) and no substantial change in UrK (-0.2 mmol/24-hour), and consequently an increase in UrNa/UrK ratio (+ 0.07) were revealed (Fig. 1 ).
In the analysis restricted to men (nine studies, 141,709 participants/24,230 events), the lowest risk was between 31 and 35 kg/m 2 , with an increased risk for values lower than 31 kg/m 2 and a slightly non-significant increase for values higher than 35 kg/m 2 ( p value for no exposure–disease association 0.0034; p value for nonlinearity 0.001).
In contrast to the TV group, the BM group exhibited a slightly non-significant narrowing of the esophageal lumen at the level of the reconstructed region, as detected by the values of the ARLD between the patched area and the same area preoperatively ( Fig. 3 ).
Similarly, including gender as a covariate in the mediator model rendered the indirect effect slightly non-significant (left VS activity on BMI through both HOMA-IR and leptin: 95% bootstrap confidence interval of −0.97 to 49.34).
Two of variable interactions; pH and NaCl concentration (AB) and pH and incubation temperature (AE) were slightly non-significant with p -values 0.0944 and 0.0760 respectively, indicating the interactions were not favorable to the response while, the other two variables, NaCl concentration and inoculum size (BD) and NaCl concentration and incubation temperature (BE) were highly significant.
rIL-32α and rIL-32γ showed a slightly non-significant production of IL-6, whereas rIL-32ε and rIL-32ζ isoforms did not induce cytokine production.
