The experimental diets revealed that ALT, AST, T-bilirubin, D-bilirubin, and BUN values were significantly not different compared to the control diet, indicating that the experimental diets did not have a detrimental effect on liver and kidney function.
The mean peak torque value of abduction strength was significantly not different between the two groups, but the mean value trended to increase (9.2 Nm to 13.3 Nm) in the NMES group, whereas values in the TENS group showed a tendency to decrease (12.5 Nm to 9.9 Nm).
Similar results were observed by Jehan M et al 5 but they found that though loss of eyelash reflex was significantly rapid with sevoflurane, the difference in total induction time i.e.till tracheal intubation was significantly not different in both the groups.
In the treatment group, at 0–14 d of drought stress, the JA content of the root system was significantly not different from that of the control group, and with the extension of the stress time, the JA content in the root system was significantly higher than that of the control at 28 d and differed significantly from that of the control, and the JA content of the root system decreased after re-watering and was significantly lower than that of the control.
However, it should be noticed that the T m value that corresponds to the higher melting peak was significantly not different than that attained in the neat PLA sample and the other OLA-containing PLA films, suggesting that similar crystallites were formed in all the materials.
Serum-Soluble Programmed Death-Ligand 1 (sPD-L1) Levels in 3rd-Trimester Healthy Pregnant Women and in Women with Early-Onset Preeclampsia The median concentration of serum sPD-L1 in 3rd-trimester healthy pregnant women was 4.575 (range 1.668–71.136) pg/mL, significantly not different than in women with early-onset preeclampsia, which was 2.119 (range 0.217–9.759) pg/mL ( Figure 5 ). 3.
Because the inferential value of a failure to reject the null hypothesis in frequentist statistical approaches is limited, for all RNA-seq expression datasets, we coupled our standard differential expression with a test for whether each gene could be flagged as “significantly not different.” Defining a region of practical equivalence as a change of no more than 1.5-fold in either direction, we tested the null hypothesis of at least a 1.5-fold change for each gene, using the gene-wise estimates of the SE in log 2 fold change (reported by Deseq2) and the assumption that the actual l 2 fcs are normally distributed.
