When extracted with GU and GU-SB, the contents of gallic acid, oxypaeoniflorin, (+)-catechin, and paeoniflorin (at higher ratio of GU), and benzoylpaeoniflorin (at the highest ratio of GU), which were extracted from PL, were significantly decreased compared to the contents of compounds in single PL as the ratio of GU was increased; while the contents of albiflorin and benzoic acid were increased with partially significant relation with the ratio of GU.
The findings revealed that, AOC19 positively influenced students’ NB and INT; CISE had a significant inverse relationship with NB, and partially significant positive relationship with INT; OCSE was observed to be a significant predictor of NB with positive direct relationship; ATOL had a significant full mediation among CISE and NB, and acted as significant partial mediator between CISE and INT, AOC19 and NB, AO19 and INT, OCSE and NB, and OCSE and INT.
This can be interpreted as ER only partially controlling the flexible selection of coping strategies ( Ziarko et al., 2020 ), which is in line with a previous study that showed how ER has a partially significant effect in reducing depression and stress during COVID-19, but not anxiety and fear of COVID-19 ( Kubo et al., 2020 ).
Moreover, partially significant moderate to strong magnitude negative and positive correlations were detected between the internal load subjective measures and the external intensity-based load measures accelerations (PRSS: r = −0.461; RPE: r = 0.556), decelerations (PRSS: r = −0.665, p < .05; RPE: r = 0.630, p < .05), fast running (PRSS: r = −0.514; RPE: r = 0.615, p < .05), and metabolic power (PRSS: r = −0.477; RPE: r = 0.812, p < .01), again indicating that recovery decreased and exertion increased when the intensity-based parameters increased.
Effects of RTH on Muscle Strength Capacity Regarding the muscle strength capacity (maximal isokinetic strength), we found only partially significant improvements (only for the muscles of the legs but not for the muscles of the arms with no differences between the groups RTH and RT within the age cohorts).
