Paediatric literature shows that procedures exceeding 5 h increase postoperative respiratory fatigue and intensive care requirements.[ 10 11 ] Although intraoperative acidosis itself did not significantly correlate with CICU admission ( P = 0.186), the near-significant trend for preoperative bicarbonate ( P = 0.052) suggests depleted physiological reserve may influence postoperative outcomes.[ 12 ] Although mechanical bowel preparation remains debated within enhanced recovery frameworks,[ 8 ] balanced salt solutions should be preferred during bowel preparation.
At the same time there was no significant relationship between parental feeding rate and nest survival time during the poikilothermic nestling stage (r S = −0.34, p = 0.12, n = 14) and a near-significant relationship during the endothermic nestling stage (r S = −0.42, p = 0.052, n = 16).
Although a near-significant association between viral positivity and nasal catarrh was observed (p = 0.052), that association may warrant further investigation in larger cohorts.

Parallel to the result obtained with FSD, when this parameter was analyzed over 21 weeks, the results reached a near-significant level ( p = 0.052), with a 36% reduction in the URTI score median in the COL group compared to the PBO group.
Conversely, maternal age at first birth and the interval from marriage to first birth showed no significant associations with under-5 mortality, though age at first marriage showed a near-significant effect (p = 0.052) for those marrying before the age of 18 [ 30 ].
Additionally, there was a significant main effect of age for IL6 ( p = 0.024) and near-significant main effects for IL1B ( p = 0.052) and IL10 ( p = 0.070) such that aged individuals had reduced expression of these genes.
A near-significant difference (P=0.052) was found between the IC 50 values obtained in normal- and high-glucose conditions.
Switch Cost Effect Regarding global switch costs, paired t -test found a near-significant difference ( t (19) = −2.08, p = 0.052) between the two exercise sessions.
The high/low frequency ratio showed a near-significant period by segment interaction ( P = 0.052, ή 2 = 0.28), but in post hoc tests none of the segments differed between cardiac dysfunction and control periods.
This also reflected a near-significant higher level of overall treatment satisfaction in the intervention group as per Fisher's Exact Test (p = 0.052).
Among these cases, only aMPE-4 showed a significant response, evidenced by IFN-γ production and a near-significant TNF response ( p = 0.052) ( Figures 2A, B ).
