Under the branch-site model applied for searching the positively selective sites from the purifying selective genes, two positive sites were detected, as follows: When we set Exostoma tibetanum as the foreground, the model detected moderately significant output of the positive site at ND1 , with residue 103 as a positively selective site at a 90% confidence level.
