There is only small (with the exception of first intron length) yet moderately significant correlation between them and the protein evolutionary rate after taking 3'UTR length into account as indicated by their partial correlations: -0.058 for 5'UTR, -0.026 for CDS, -0.032 for cDNA, -0.033 for first exon and -0.10 for first intron lengths, respectively.
