In the first stage of this GWAS, we observed a moderately significant effect for rs401681 ( P = 2.9 × 10 −3 ), which was at genome-wide significance when combined with the Rafnar et al. data ( P = 5.0 × 10 −7 ; OR per C allele 1.11, 95% CI 1.07-1.16) ( Table 1 , Supplementary Figure 3 ).
The improvement in disability experienced by the obese group was highly significant (p ≤ 0.001), while that in the quality of life was moderately significant (EQ-5D p = 0.003; EQ-VAS p = 0.002), with improvement rates of 8.74 (on a scale of 0 to 24), 0.02 (on a scale of 0 to 1) and 24.75 (on a scale of 0 to 100), respectively (Table 2 ).
Additionally, Spearman's correlation showed that a negative moderately significant associations were found between deletion size and 5′ LIR number ( r s = −0.30, P < 0.003), and 3′ LIR number ( r s = −0.30, P < 0.002) in 109 gross deletions respectively.
Spectral ripple discrimination thresholds showed a moderately significant correlation with sentence recognition rates in quiet conditions (r=0.537; p=0.003) ( Figure 4 ).
However, 12 months after storage, the correlation with pH was no longer significant, and the correlation with electrical conductivity was moderately significant ( p = 0.003).
The total number of pseudogenes exhibits a moderately significant correlation with genome size (Spearman’s ρ = 0.57, p -value = 0.003) and the number of retrotransposons in the genome (Spearman’s ρ = 0.59, p -value = 0.02).

Divergent Validity Using Pearson’s correlational analysis, the total scores on CAIOC-13 in the OCD group showed a moderately significant correlation with the total scores on the DAS-SF1 (0.339; p = .003).

This data showed that there was significant decrease (P<0.05) in relative liver weight in subgroup C-1, whereas moderately significant decrease (P<0.005) in subgroup C-2 when compared with butter treated subgroups B-1 and B-2 respectively.
