In the post-operative factors, Gleason score ≥ 8 at surgery, pT ≥ 3a stage, pN1 stage, extra-prostatic extension (EPE) 1, resection margin (RM) 1, ly1, v1, pn1, and PSA nadir (≥ 0.1 ng/ml) may be significant predictive factors for biochemical progression.
