The costs of developing this intervention on a wider scale may be significant; a 6% pick-up rate of potentially curable cancers implies that to effect potential beneficial change on 100 patients with cancer, approximately 1600 USC patients would need to receive the intervention.

Evidence suggests that there may be significant variation in the mean duration of recency across various populations and HIV clades [16] , [49] .
Classification may be significant in the subperiods of encoding after the presentation of the first and second visual stimuli.
14 These results indicate that Zwint may be significant in cancer and may be a potential target for cancer diagnosis and treatment.
We hypothesized that increased passive stiffness of the quadriceps muscle at baseline would be associated with a higher risk of developing clinical knee OA at the 12-month follow-up, and that this association may be significant for each muscle head.
Such discrepancies in CCT measurements may be significant in formulas such as Kane and Olsen [ 20 ], which incorporate CCT values to compute intraocular lens power.
The fact that the frequency of anxiety symptoms is higher in the countries most affected by the pandemic may be significant even in the absence of pre-pandemic levels of anxiety symptoms collected with the same instrument.
As was the case with this sample group, cholinesterase activities are normally distributed within populations, and those with normally lower cholinesterase activity may be misidentified as chemically-exposed, whereas those with higher cholinesterase activity may be identified as unexposed, even where there may be significant inhibition relative to an even higher ‘normal’ cholinesterase.
We also recently reported that the transmembrane inflammatory cytokine TNF-α may be significant for the development of SCZ 113 .
8 , 15 , 16 Research indicates that handovers may be significant factors in many malpractice claims 9 and in a large percentage of sentinel events. 9 , 15 , 17 – 19 A decade ago, the Joint Commission 20 and the World Health Organization 5 recognized the need to improve the quality of handovers.
These last results may be significant as inhibition of early binding events could be deleterious for the repairing potential of injected cells.
MET score 4-6: it indicates moderate functional restriction, which may be significant dyspnea or fatigue when completing moderate-intensity activities (such as short-distance walking and light labor).
However, the two crops are in divergent subgenera [30] and not cross-compatible; therefore, there may be significant genomic differences at the micro-syntenic and DNA sequence levels.
Data collected as part of the Pure Earth (New York, NY, USA) Toxic Sites Identification Program indicate that domestic lead exposure may be significant. 40 The program has identified and conducted rapid assessments of 60 discrete lead contaminated sites located in residential areas in Kenya since 2009.
These outcomes clearly show that urban surface runoff and wastewater may be significant sources of imidacloprid and, perhaps to a lesser degree, other neonicotinoids in flowing waters.
Recent evidence shows that exposure to both licit and illicit substances causes significant structural brain changes in children, adolescents, and adults, which leads to the hypothesis that there may be significant effects on the brains of fetuses as well ( 9 – 11 ).
According to this study, AMF may be significant for plant development, P nutrition, and metal resistance in heavy metal-polluted soils [ 69 ].
Additionally, the use of fresh frozen samples for tumor tissue instead of FFPE marginally increased the concordance rate from 57.1 to 66.7%, suggesting fragmentation of DNA in FFPE processing may be significant, particularly when the detection assay relies on amplicon-based amplification ( 29 ).
A Cox proportional hazard model was used to compute the hazard ratio (HR) for the multivariate survival analyses, with adjustments for variables that may be significant prognostic factors according to the univariate analyses.
However, other sources of stochasticity may be significant in small populations, including demographic stochasticity arising from the randomness of microbial birth and death events [ 45 , 46 ], and phenotypic or genotypic heterogeneity between individual microbial cells [ 47 ].
However, the disadvantage of this approach is that there may be significant differences between the durations of various activities.

[ 16 ], we hypothesized that patients with a greater overall POP-Q stage are more likely to be diagnosed with MS and that some components of MS may be significant risk factors for more severe POP.
By comparison, A*0101 restricted responses were seen against 6 different antigens among a similar number of A*0101-positive donors (4 IM, 3 healthy carriers); it may be significant that each of these novel A*0101-restricted responses was relatively weak and, with one exception, only detected in IM.
One caveat is that there may be significant N pools involved in defense that are not reflected in the static N‐rich secondary metabolites we measured (alkaloids and cyanogenic glycosides).
