There was also a strong trend toward prolonged survival in BAP1 IHC negative cases (median survival of 40.80 months (95% CI 28.14–53.46 months) versus 24.87 months (95% CI 18.73–31.01 months) for BAP1 IHC positive cases, but this just failed to reach statistical significance ( P = 0.059).
