Only PHQ-9 scores (B = −.043, p = 0.014) at baseline predicted GPA at 6 months follow-up (Table 6 ). Including baseline GPA into the regression meant that the relationship between depressive symptoms at baseline and follow-up GPA just failed to reach significance (B = -.019, p = 0.09) and the total adjusted r 2 increased to 0.633 reflecting the fact that baseline GPA accounted for a high proportion of the variance in GPA at follow-up.
Although the difference in perceived hand hardness between the MHI and the controls just failed to reach significance, it is important to note that hardness rating significantly increased after the stimulation in the MHI, but not in the controls.

MD change within GM ROIs (T0 – T1.1), and voxel-wise diffusion changes in the WM skeleton (T0 – T1.1).) Although a lower decrease in the imprinting score of RAVLT seemed to be associated with a larger GM volume increase during the ECT-course (i.e., T0 – T1.1) in multiple clusters, this association just failed to reach significance after accounting for testing multiple brain-behavior associations (minimum p uncorrected = 0.0125, p corrected for multiple cognitive tests = 0.05; Supplementary Fig. 4).
In addition, the Towards a Revolution in COPD Health (TORCH) study showed a 17% relative reduction in mortality over 3 years for patients receiving salmeterol/fluticasone propionate, although this just failed to reach significance.
