If anything, the relationship on a within‐person level became closer to significance, p = .053. 2.2.2.

Yet, after removing one case from the RG group (the case denoted with 🞲 in Figure 4 ) the difference between the ALG13-CDG c.320A>G and the RG group was still not statistically important; however, the p -value for the comparison ( p -value = 0.074) came closer to significance ( Table 2 ).

The second part of the model, which considers the variation in CTX concentration, analyzed with a Gamma distribution of the error among those samples showing positive results, did not show significance of sampling site as factor either, although its p value was closer to significance ( Table 4 ).

In general, recalculation of PRS by PRS-CS and PRS-CSx produced more significant p values (or closer to significance in the case of AA subjects) but did not change the results substantially, except as noted above.

After excluding the two outliers (one in each group), the difference comes closer to significance (0.381) but is still not statistically significant.

7.2 Healing Time The analysis of healing times did not show a significant difference but with a larger sample, the result became closer to significance: a larger sample is needed to draw a conclusion.

Our study suggests that this trend may extend outside of urban areas to low-income census tracts in smaller communities, but a larger dataset may bring the value closer to significance.

However, the main effects of BaP and behavior were closer to significance compared to the interaction term in the optimal model for unweighted UniFrac (Fig. 4 B; Supp.
