Although this is not surprising, due to the antimicrobial properties of this fat [ 18 , 21 ], the fact of reaching higher representation later on at the end of the experiment, with a clearly significant predominance in Sutterellaceae and Erysipelotrichaceae [ 19 ], increased the expectations in this sense.
