The significant or borderline significant associations were found between the polyAla or the Pro198Leu polymorphisms and total hip BMD (0.018; 0.023, respectively), femoral neck BMD (0.117; 0.026, respectively) and lumbar spine BMD (0.032; 0.086, respectively), and with biochemical bone turnover markers such as plasma osteocalcin (0.027; 0.025, respectively) and serum C-terminal telopeptide of type I collagen concentrations (0.114; 0.012, respectively) in whole group.
However, in the post-hoc sensitivity analyses on a reduced sample of antipsychotic free UHR individuals we found a borderline significant association between a pattern of disturbed sleep-wake measures (lower TST, higher DSI) and lower FA in 7/48 WM regions explaining 11.38% of the covariance (omnibus test p = 0.033, LV3 p = 0.082) (see Supplementary Figure 4B for details).
When further assessing the relationship between the maximum levels of IFN-γ, IL-12, IL-18 and IL-10 and the RNAemia peak levels, as shown in S6 Fig , both IL-10 and IL-18 levels were found to positively correlate with RNAemia peak levels (statistically significant for IL-10 and borderline significant for IL-18).
Analyte levels did not differ by the participant-level factors of breast cancer risk, parity, menopause status, or whether or not the participant produced NAF (data not shown); however, differences in estradiol levels by age were borderline significant, with younger women having higher estradiol levels than older women (mean (95% CI) log pg/mL estradiol = -1.37 (-2.71, -0.02) < 45 years old, -2.81 (-4.04, -1.58) > 55 years old; p = 0.07).
