Among the remaining RA patients two years after initiation of the study, 25 (38%) had non-erosive disease and 13 (20%) had erosive disease ; Baseline C2M concentrations were slightly higher in patients with erosive disease (0.23 ng/mL (0.19–0.26)) compared to patients with non-erosive disease (0.18 ng/mL (0.15–0.22) as a prognostic outcome (p = 0.011), this difference was borderline significant when adjusted for multiple testing, with the highest (median (IQR)) concentration in the erosive group and the lowest concentration in the non-erosive group.
The LLV and CCL2/MCP‐1 interaction was borderline significant, while the interaction between LLV and CD163 was statistically significant in the association with hypercholesterolemia (Figure 4 ). 4 DISCUSSION In this longitudinal study of ART‐experienced PLWH, we found that pLLV was associated with an increased risk of developing NCDs.
Lastly, Hsieh et al [ 33 ] used the Centre for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CES-D; 0–3 Likert with a cutoff score of 15), the Resilience Scale (1–7 Likert), and the Occupational Stress Indicator-2 (OSI-2; 1–5 Likert), resulting in borderline significant depression (mean CES-D total score, 14.96), high occupational stress (mean the Resilience Scale score, 5.18), and a low level of resilience (mean OSI-2 score, 1.55).
One study carried out among CHB patients with high HBV DNA viral load (> 6 log 10 IU/ml) reported that TDF treatment was associated with a higher incidence of acute kidney injury (AKI) compared to ETV, but this difference was only borderline significant after three years follow-up [ 16 ].
The results of our previous study investigating SMRP as a tumour biomarker for MM, showed significantly higher SMRP levels before treatment than the levels in complete response, partial response, and a borderline significant difference between levels before treatment and stable disease. 12 These findings suggest SMRP not only as a superior diagnostic biomarker for MM compared with fibulin-3 as presented in the study of Creaney et al . 26 , but also as a superior biomarker for evaluating tumour response to treatment.
We observed significant interactions of glucose control status with Yang and Yin deficiency (p for interaction = 0.0363 and 0.0379, respectively) and borderline significant interaction of glucose control status with phlegm stasis (p for interaction = 0.0641) ( Figure 2 ).
