EBL less than 75 mL showed moderate predictive value (AUC, 0.725; p =0.001), but was excluded from the risk model due to its borderline significance in multivariate analysis ( p =0.052) and limited preoperative applicability.
At ≤6 months, MVI emerged as the dominant factor with a strong trend despite borderline significance ( p = 0.052), supporting the concept that very early recurrence primarily reflects pre-existing micrometastatic disease.
