SARS-CoV-2 Can Co-Circulate with Other Respiratory Pathogens A study performed in Italy during the wintertime between December 2019 and March 2020 showed an interesting trend in the dissemination of respiratory pathogens; HRV (22.3%) and HRSV (23.7%) were found to be the most commonly identified viruses, followed by SARS-CoV-2 (14.1%) [ 10 ].
