The three clusters were characterised by a different prevalence of musculoskeletal and renal activity, as well as use of immunosuppressants, with an apparent trend across clusters from the lowest prevalence in DORIS remission-enriched cluster 1, to intermediate prevalence in the mixed cluster 2, and the highest prevalence in cluster 3 that comprised the lowest proportion of DORIS remitters, as summarised in table 2 .
Although there was an apparent trend toward lower sPAP in the acetazolamide group at high altitude, apart from not being statistically significant, these subtle changes (−2.1 ([95% CI, −4.4 to 0.3] mm Hg)) appear unlikely to be clinically relevant nor sufficient in preventing high‐altitude pulmonary edema.
Individual responses for ad libitum energy intake (Figure 2 ) did, however, provide evidence of what appears to be an apparent trend toward compensatory increase in energy intake in 57.1% (n = 8) of subjects in EX but only14.3% (n = 2) of subjects in EXFS.
The findings countered initial expectations that aquacultures would be significant contributors to nitrogen pollution in the canals ( Ferreira et al., 2015 ).There is an apparent trend of reduced nitrogen pollution attenuation with intensification of the aquaculture practice, as would be expected from the reported fertilizer and feed inputs of the semi-intensive and intensive aquacultures, respectively ( Table 1 ).
All the cultures had a reduction ( p = 0.038, two-way ANOVA) in the SQDG (18:3/16:0) content after 48 h of growth as compared to the content after 24 h of growth, with an apparent trend of the content in the B culture being higher than in the other cultures (although only significantly different between the B and G cultures as indicated above).
More importantly, the cells showed an apparent trend of recovery after 72 h only in the case of SN38, providing another piece of evidence of a slower release and, possibly, a persisting effect of the drug when loaded on CDs ( Fig. 4i–n, 4o-r, 4 s). 3.3 Cell cycle monitoring Encouraged by the cytotoxic effect of the CD-SN38 hybrid material, the mechanism of cytotoxicity was investigated via the analysis of the cell cycle.
