Time had an impact on two of the variables analyzed, the physical function subscale, and the social function subscale, but also for the physical component scale (PCS) measured with the SF-36 almost reached significance ( p = 0.05).
When compared at the same level of fitness, all causal measures evolved to significantly higher values, except for the number of MC concepts, which still almost reached significance p<0.05 (U 57 = 77.5/71.0/136/141/112, Z = −3.143/−3.247/−1.999/−1.886/−2.538, p = 0.002/0.001/0.046/0.059/0.011 respectively for #concepts/ Σφ Max /#MC elements/#MC concepts/ Φ Max ).
It is important to note that another QTL detected on LG9A almost reached significance at P = 0.05 (LOD threshold = 2.35) ( Supplemental Fig. 1 ).
In our study we did not observe significant changes at rest or peak exercise, although the latter almost reached significance ( p = 0.05) to be increased in 1398 mmHg bpm after interventions.

Logically, the most significant alterations between our study groups were the results of PFTs: T L,CO (%; p = 0.02; Figure 2 ), RV (%; p < 0.001), TLC (%; p < 0.001), and FVC ( p = 0.04); FEV 1 alterations almost reached significance ( p = 0.052).
As simple main effects analysis revealed, this effect of Group almost reached significance, F (1,18) = 4.316, p <.052.
No main effects were found for any of the factors ( p > 0.05) and no interaction, but a difference for Filter almost reached significance (F(1,39) = 3.95; p = 0.052; η2 p = 0.01).
