The intI1 Genes Isolated from the Open Environment were not Related to Urbanization Although a weak trend towards a high occurrence of intI1 genes in urban areas was observed, there were no statistical correlations between the mean occurrence per site of the intI1 genes and its pseudogenes and the three degrees of urbanization (p>0.05) ( Figure 3 ; Table 3 ).
Variation of Hemodynamic Shear in Embryonic and Fetal Great Vessels with Age and Vascular Size The main finding of the current study is that wall shear stresses and wall shear rates had a weak trend with developmental age and vascular sizes, or no statistically significant trends at all; this is unlike centerline flow velocities, which had strong correlations with developmental age and vascular sizes, and unlike vascular sizes, which had strong correlation with developmental age.
When CD40 (rs6074022) results were stratified by sex, there was a weak trend towards a stronger effect in males than females (coefficients −3.1247 and −1.1795 respectively), and a weak trend towards a stronger effect in HLA-DR15 negative individuals than HLA-DR15 positive individuals (coefficients −1.8818, and −0.9834 respectively), but these trends were not significant (interaction p-values 0.475 and 0.224, respectively) ( Table 4 ).
In the above mentioned study by Agholme, where the alendronate concentration was higher, there was a weak trend for the bone ingrowth to be reduced in the overdose group, and although the difference was non-significant this could simply represent a power problem related to the fact that the animals were harvested at four weeks compared to six weeks in our study.
51 However, a weak trend toward increase in clearance with lipophilicity in humans has also been noted for 670 intravenously administered drugs and clinical candidates. 52 Herein, a direct correlation between log D 7.4 and intrinsic clearance has been identified in the CYP3A4 substrates, including the marketed drugs that reside in the LipMetE range between 0 and 1 as well as for those substrates that reside in the LipMetE range of >2, as shown in Figure 1 e.
Of the previous studies described in Table VII, three reported increasing risk with age at first livebirth (Kune et al., 1989; Potter & McMichael, 1983) or age at first pregnancy (Howe et al., 1985); but three others (Miller et al., 1980; Weiss et al., 1981; Wu et al., 1987) reported no effects. In the present study, there was a weak trend for increasing protection from proximal colon cancer with increasing age at natural menopause (Table VII).
