They clearly indicated superior efficacy in the PAOD‐group, only (see Table 1 ), suggesting that overall superiority was achieved mainly by the fact that a weighted average has been calculated (loosely speaking) from a strongly positive treatment effect in PAOD (risk difference –1.9% in favor of clopidogrel), a weak trend in patients with previous stroke (risk difference –1.0% in favor of clopidogrel) and a borderline neutral effect in patients with previous myocardial infarction (risk difference 0.3% in favor of aspirin).
Acidic residues in acetylation-generated motifs maintained similar preference for position −4 and low frequency in position −2, as observed in the canonical motifs ( Fig 3C ), while among the phosphorylation amenable amino acids used in phosphorylation-generated motifs, only serine showed a weak trend in this direction ( Fig 3B ).
However, in the current study, systemic JIA did not emerge as an independent predictor of response, although there was a weak trend for patients with systemic JIA to have a lower proportion of patients achieving higher ACR Pedi response compared with other subtypes (not statistically significant), but the proportion achieving ACR Pedi 30 responses was similar.
We also found a weak trend for wing‐clipped females to lay eggs with higher yolk levels of lipid oxidative damage (MDA) that did not reach the statistical significance threshold ( χ 2 = 3.119, p = 0.077, Figure 2b ). 4 Discussion In this study, we showed that the experimental reduction of the body condition of spotless starling females before reproduction (D'Arpa et al. 2022 ) affected the size, weight, and composition of the eggs they laid.
While we found no effect of optical stimulation of DRN DAT terminals on locomotion or time in center in the OFT ( Figure 3—figure supplement 1 ), we found stimulation of DRN DAT terminals in the BNST (but not in the CeA or BLP) resulted in a weak trend toward increased time spent in the open arm of the EPM ( Figure 3A–C ), which can be interpreted as exploratory behavior linked with a vigilant state ( Rodgers and Dalvi, 1997 ).
