Post hoc analysis examining benefit from the KF-mSMT ® in the healthy aging group as compared with the mild cognitive impairment (MCI) group showed a trend toward significance ( p = 0.069), with a large effect size.
After adjusting for age and WMH volume, MoCA score was significantly correlated with CBF in both WMH ( r = 0.742, P = 0.004) and NAWM ( r = 0.659, P = 0.014), while there was a trend toward significance between MoCA and MD in WMH ( r = −0.519, P = 0.069).
Grip strength increased by 11.7% in the intervention group and decreased by 10.5% in the control group, showing a trend toward significance (t = 1.961, p = 0.069, 95% CI (−0.019-0.463)).

The swollen joint count was the only significant predictor of a new IBD-SpA diagnosis (adjOR 5.70, p < 0.001), with a trend toward significance for fecal calprotectin levels ≥200 μg/g (adjOR 2.88, p = 0.070).
