In multivariable analysis, only adverse risk according the ELN2022 classification was associated with poorer OS (HR= 2.71; 95% CI: 1.03-7.15) with a trend toward significance of EFS (HR= 2.30; 95% CI: 0.98-5.41) compared to the favorable category.
