The liver of Nudt7 -/- females fed the CD also exhibited a significant downregulation in the gene encoding monoglyceride lipase, Mgll , and a strong trend toward increased triacylglycerol excretion in the feces ( Fig. 7 G ), which could contribute to the diminished concentration of nonesterified fatty acids in the liver of these mice.
In our cohort the total implantation time did not differ significantly between the cephalic and subclavian vein access group; however, there was a strong trend toward longer implantation times when cephalic access failed and SVP was used as a bail‐out—this was primarily triggered by longer time to first lead placement.
Thus, we classified the studies as being imaging (direct image analysis of X-rays or CT scans) or nonimaging (eg, studies that analyzed blood metabolites), and there was a strong trend for nonimaging studies to score higher than imaging studies, which included the “objective of the study” (imaging study mean score 1.79, SE 0.08; nonimaging study mean score 2.18, SE 0.13; P =.02), “safety and quality” (imaging study mean score 0.16, SE 0.05; nonimaging study mean score 0.36, SE 0.14; P =.015), “nonmaleficence” (imaging study mean score 0.04, SE 0.02; nonimaging study mean score 0.18, SE 0.07; P =.05), and “number of services” (imaging study mean score 0.25, SE 0.06; nonimaging study mean score 0.55, SE 0.11; P =.02) subcomponents ( Multimedia Appendix 4 C,D).
Interestingly, BMP-dependent Smad1/5 showed a strong trend to increased activity as evident by a marked elevation of Ser 463/465 Smad1/5 phosphorylation in PAVSMC from 3 out of 4 analyzed PAH subjects compared to controls, as seen in Figure 2 A,D.
High-grade glioma PD-L1 expression has been identified in 6 (30%) of 20 pediatric high-grade glioma samples, 42 and larger studies in adults showed expression in 68% of 62 glioblastoma samples, with a strong trend for worse outcome in these patients. 43 In addition, a subset of pediatric high-grade glioma tumors has evidence of MSI, which reflects the increased mutational status of the tumor and the potential greater number of neoantigens that could induce a host immune response.
Although anterior release has been considered a necessary and helpful ingredient in the correction of large curves, there is currently a strong trend away from it and towards more reliance on posterior release (osteotomy and spinal shortening) techniques.
