The models of the full dataset with equal variance (estimate [full] = -0.02; 95% Confidence Interval (CI) [full] = -0.31, 0.26) and of the reduced dataset for which variance could be calculated (estimate [reduced] = -0.06, 95% CI [reduced] = -0.18, 0.06) both showed no significant effect of protein on offspring viability, although there was a slight trend towards reduced viability with high protein, particularly in the reduced dataset model ( Fig. 1 ).
The analysis resulted in a distribution of data points devoid of clearly separated subgroups but indicated a slight trend of increased aliphatic indices and melting temperatures for llama-derived nanobodies ( Fig. 1B ); To reveal common signatures of enhanced protein stability within the nanobody fold, we performed a Global Sequence Signature (GSS) analysis [ 51 ] on a multiple sequence alignment (MSA) constructed from the amino acid sequences of the 78 nanobodies.
Finally, we performed a similar analysis to evaluate the associations of the analysed biomarkers with treatment response outcomes as reflected by the change in ASDAS scores over 1 year and the disease activity after 1 year of TNFi treatment, showing a slight trend towards improved ASDAS scores when biomarker levels were higher at baseline.
However, despite being previously published to improve blood glucose in db/db mice [ 10 ], 0.15 % NEN in the current study did not affect blood glucose control or any of the parameters measured apart from a slight trend for mildly decreased gonadal fat pad mass and liver triglyceride content.
The analysis of cytokine production showed that the T cells deriving from the AH were able to produce a cytokine panel that was similar to that found in the PB; however, there was a slight trend towards an increase in the frequency of CD161+IFN-ɣ+-producing T-helper cells among the CD3+CD8- T cells (4.8% 2.12 CI in PB vs. 7.4% 4.17 CI in AH; p = not significant).
A slight trend can also be described based on the bonding descriptors, namely the weakening of the Y → Sn interactions with the increasing number of phenyl substituents (WBI = 0.28, 0.25 and 0.23; H = −0.016, −0.012 and −0.009 for 1 O+ , 2 O+ and 3 O+ , respectively), however, these differences are less substantial than those observed for the dependency on the chalcogen centers.
Studies, for example, have shown that rates of nonviolent victimization are relatively similar for males and females, a finding that has been shown to be robust and stable across time and space, with only a slight trend towards a greater proportion of female than male victims ( Rand, 2009 ).
