Previously we have demonstrated that both the height of an urban building and the floor height that the child lives on can directly influence indoor concentrations of street-level pollutants; low-rise buildings and apartments on floors 0–2 have higher concentrations than homes on higher floors.( 30 ) Although we had limited power for subgroup analysis, we observed a slight trend towards a greater association between NO 2 and urgent asthma among children in HAPN that lived on lower floor apartment units.
Comparing the different 3D structural parameters, we observed a slight trend towards larger median equivalent diameter and median volume for both Bowman's capsule and glomerulus in the 5-day trauma group (Figures 6(a) and 6(c) ), whereas the sphericity of the Bowman's capsule and the glomerulus was the largest in the 24 h trauma group compared to the other groups ( Figure 6(b) ).
By comparing the expression of miRNAs in therapy-sensitive and therapy-resistant NB patients, only miR-16 was significantly down-regulated in the bone marrow of non-responder patients ( Figure 3 ), while the other miRNAs analyzed were not significantly modified, even though a slight trend of reduction in non-responder patients was observed.
Similar findings were observed in round 2, when the questions distinguished between PWMS who had started DMF as a first-line therapy and those who had switched to DMF in the last 6 months, with a slight trend toward switching PWMS reporting fewer GI AEs (see Figure, Supplemental Digital Content 5, available at http://links.lww.com/JNN/A209 ).
10 Concerns regarding secondary malignancies, such as acute myeloid leukemia and brain tumors, have been reported only in pediatric patients, with a slight trend favoring the control group. 10 Furthermore, there is a consideration that dexrazoxane may exacerbate myelosuppression caused by chemotherapeutic agents, as evidenced by a lower nadir in white blood cell count in the dexrazoxane group, although no significant differences were observed in the incidence rates of thrombocytopenia, neutropenia, and anemia. 10 Overall, the totality of available evidence robustly supports the use of dexrazoxane in adult patients at high risk for developing AIC.
In the axial skeleton, this effect was observed before the onset of treatment and in the follow-up examination, while in the appendicular skeleton, only a slight trend was noticeable in the follow-up 18 F-FDG-PET scan; this difference could be due to an expansion of the active BM.
