In contrast, a previous European longitudinal study evaluating depression and anxiety also using PHQ-2 and GAD-2, respectively, found that there was a slight trend of decreasing prevalence rates in both probable depression (from 26.6% to 23.8%) and anxiety (from 17.7% to 16.7%) from November 2020 to April 2021, albeit there were significant differences between the included countries ( Hajek et al., 2022 ).
The data reported in Figure 1 A show that tempol does not exhibit significant cytotoxic effects on J774 cells at all lower concentrations used (0.1–0.2 mM) at all timepoints of treatment, while after 168 h of incubation it is possible to notice a slight trend of reduction in cell viability, especially at the higher concentration ( Figure 1 A) and especially at 72 and 168 h.
The correlation plots between the replicates of the two different preparation methods (0.735–0.782) show for all runs a slight trend of underestimating proteins from the center of the intensity range in the μFASP; the residual standard error of the linearized model of the data shows that the deviation of log 2 (int) is ∼1.
Analysis of ARC ( Figure 2 ; left panels) showed that maternal caloric restriction during gestation produced an increase in the total number of hematoxylin/eosin-stained cells in the ARC of CR females compared to their controls (p < 0.05; LSD post hoc one-way ANOVA test), but a slight trend toward a decrease in CR males, compared to their controls.
Complications that occurred in the first 7 days after start of treatment included mostly bleeding and thromboembolic events and were not significantly different between the two patient cohorts, although there was a slight trend towards a higher thromboembolic risk in patients that underwent leukapheresis.
While there was a slight trend towards increased survival in powders dried at high temperatures, perhaps suggesting that the lower moisture content of those powders could play a role in phage long‐term survival, the effect was not significant (Figure 2 , Table S1 , adj p > 0.05).
In a phase III study, infusion with autologous tumor cell–bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) vaccine after surgical resection in stage II and III colon cancer patients didn’t show statistically significant differences in clinical outcomes compared with the arm under surgical resection alone, though there was a slight trend in PFS and OS ( 72 ).
