Hence, in the present scenario, the identification of a nonsignificant trend towards positive association between caries and prevalence of independent serotypes, especially that of k and e , may be expected to reach a significant trend when a larger sample size is analyzed.
One study showed a significant trend in the proportion of p53 reactivity from keratoacanthomas to poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinomas, although p53 reactivity could not reliably distinguish between keratoacanthoma and well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma [ 10 ].

In the SCAST trial, 73 there was a significant trend towards a better functional outcome (mRS, ordinal logistic regression) with candesartan in patients with total anterior circulation ischaemic stroke (TACI) and partial anterior circulation ischaemic stroke (PACI), than in patients with lacunar infarction (LACI, p value for trend = 0.02). 82 The difference was no longer significant in the adjusted analysis, and, overall, there was no heterogeneity of treatment effect between the subgroups ( p = 0.11) 82 ( Supplemental Table 6 ).
5 , 8 A population‐based epidemiologic survey also found a strong association of nocturia with depression in both men and women, with a significant trend in increased odds of depression with more voids nightly. 13 The magnitude of this association was larger in younger age groups, especially among women aged <50 years. 13 Nocturia (≥2 voids per night) has been found to increase the mortality risk by 54% in men (hazard ratio [HR] 1.54, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.18‐2.00) and by 28% in women (HR 1.28, 95% CI 1.04‐1.57). 29 Interestingly, the magnitude of the association was greater in men and women <65 years.

Our study cannot conclude on the independent prognostic value of CNA heterogeneity and TP53 mutations in patients with RAS‐ mutated CRLM, although there was a significant trend for poorer patient survival in the RAS/BRAF V600E /TP53 co‐mutated/high CNA heterogeneity group versus co‐mutated/low heterogeneity versus remaining patients.
