Notably, we observed a significant trend for synapses that had a lower RRP before the induction of plasticity to increase their RRP size and vice versa ( Fig 3F and 3G ), which reduced the width of the RRP distribution ( Fig 3F : coefficient of variation [CV] before the stimulation: 56.4 ± 4.5; CV after the stimulation: 44.5 ± 4.4, Wilcoxon matched pairs signed-rank test, p < 0.05) and effectively resulted in the normalization of RRP of synapses formed between the pre- and the postsynaptic neuron.
A significant trend in the last decade has been the emergence of platforms to leverage numerous simulators (Hines and Carnevale, 1997 ; Gleeson et al., 2007 ; Ray et al., 2008 ; Plesser et al., 2013 ; Bower et al., 2014 ), model databases (Hines et al., 2004 ; Halavi et al., 2008 ), atlases (Lein et al., 2007 ; Sengul et al., 2012 ), and programmer-friendly interfaces (Davison et al., 2008 ; Eppler et al., 2008 ) to create larger systems (Delorme and Thorpe, 2003 ; Goodman and Brette, 2008 ; Sousa and Aguiar, 2014 ; Cope et al., 2017 ).
After multivariate adjusting for baseline characteristics, there was a significant trend for an increased risk of all hyperkalemia and hypokalemia events with the increase of initial eGFR decline, specifically for those with an initial eGFR decline of 30% to 40%, 40% to 50%, and >50% following SGLT2i treatment (Figure S6 ).
With regard to the combined influence exhibited by both the F68 concentration (w/v) and the PLA-to-drug ratio (w/w) ( Figure 3C and D ), their reciprocal interaction on EE showed a significant trend of first increase and then decrease, which implied strong interaction between these two variables.
