When the duration of ORN employment was examined, compared with those with no history of ORN employment, those who reported 15 or more years of exposure had the greatest risk of COPD in model 3 (HR, 1.46; 95% CI, 1.10-1.93); a significant trend was observed as the years of OR employment increased, although there was only an association for 15 or more years of employment (<5 years: HR, 1.05 [95% CI, 0.90-1.21]; 5 to 14 years: HR, 1.08 [95% CI, 0.83-1.40]) ( P = .03 for trend).
Preliminary exposure‐efficacy analysis in patients with CLL/SLL showed a significant trend of increased probability of best overall response with increased exposure to nemtabrutinib, while preliminary exposure‐safety in patients with hematologic malignancies showed a significant trend between increased exposure and increased probability of any‐grade drug‐related adverse events (as assessed by investigator) and any‐grade hypertension events.
Bee richness and abundance In our study, as expected, bee species richness showed a significant trend to decrease with increasing elevation, which is in agreement with previous literature describing a pattern commonly observed in insects in general, with either a mid-elevation peak or a monotonical decrease in species diversity over the entire elevational gradient [ 34 , 35 , 37 , 38 , 50 ].
In addition, a study in Ghana did not find a significant trend between average wet bulb globe temperature (WBGT) values and odds of stillbirth or miscarriage. 46 The study suggests that every 1°C increase in heat stress exposure as indicated by WBGT resulted in an insignificant 15% increase in the odds of having a stillbirth or miscarriage in Ghana. 46 There are also mixed results on the impact of extreme heat on birth weight, with four included studies researching this outcome.
The propensity score–matched time-dependent modified Cox proportional analysis HRs were 0.646 (95% CI 0.567–0.736; P < 0.001) and 0.587 (95% CI 0.512–0.672; P < 0.001) for AChEIs cDDDs of 28–365 and >365, respectively, relative to no AChEIs use (<28 cDDDs) There was a significant trend toward risk reduction with increasing doses of AChEIs (P for trend < 0.001) ( Table 4 ).
Temporal Trends in Weather Conditions and NDVI During the study period, we observed a significant trend towards higher maximum temperatures in spring–summer that can be attributed to more frequent and intense summer heatwaves (Kruuk et al. 2015 ; Lv et al. 2019 , 2023 ).
