Quantification shows a positive trend in polyGR+ aggregate levels in AD cases with CERAD scoring neuritic plaques from “none” to “sparse” to “moderate” and “frequent”, in which AD cases with CERAD scores of “frequent” showed significantly increased polyGR+ aggregate levels compared to those without neuritic plaques (CERAD scores = none) ( p = 1.13 × 10 −4 ) (Fig. 3 h).
The notable decline in prevalence from 21.1 % in studies before 2015 to 15.4 % in those after 2015 suggests a positive trend, potentially resulting from increased global awareness, improved diagnostic capabilities, and changes in control strategies and surveillance models over the past decade [ 33 , 34 ], rather than a natural decline in M. bovis itself.
According to the data of the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU) (National Health Service of Ukraine, 2024 ) for the period from January 2022, after the beginning of the war in Ukraine, there is a positive trend in the dispensing of medicines under reimbursement (the ‘Affordable Medicines' Program) according to ATC groups B01АС, С07АВ, С08СА, C10AA ( Figure 1 ).
Gene expression analyses showed that the expression level of the gene asnB (asparagine synthetase B) was 39.17 fold higher in LSMMG-treated cells relative to the RWV-control (P < 0.0001), as well as a 10.5 fold increase in expression of L-asparaginase ( L-ap , P = 0.054), but there was no significant difference in expression for the other genes tested, although several genes showed a positive trend for expression levels: L-ap1 (L-asparaginase 1), L-ap2 (L-asparaginase 2), iaaA (isoaspartyl peptidase/L-asparaginase), or astL (asparagine tRNA ligase) ( Figure 1 D). asnB is a gene that catalyzes the conversion of aspartate to asparagine using ATP and glutamine, and is known to be linked to virulence and antibiotic resistance in bacterial pathogens [ 36 , 37 ].
There seemed to be a positive trend among components of SES (income, education, occupation) and adherence to antiretroviral treatment in many of the reviewed studies, however most of the studies did not establish a statistically significant association between determinants of SES and adherence. status released display-pdf yes is-olf no is-manuscript no is-preprint no is-journal-matter no is-scanned no is-retracted no Received 2007 Nov 6; Accepted 2008 Feb 1; Collection date 2008.

The 2020 AHA advanced cardiovascular life support guidelines referenced a study showing a positive trend toward intravenous access, differing from previous studies that found no significant difference in 30‐day survival. 8 , 11 Establishing intravenous access can be challenging during resuscitation, often leading to the use of intraosseous routes. 25 The advantages of intravenous access include lower vascular resistance and a higher rate of resuscitation drug distribution compared with intraosseous access.
4.1 Overall benefits of exercise intervention on mental health in ADHD The pooled results of this meta-analysis indicate that exercise interventions significantly improved depressive symptoms (SMD = 0.42, 95% CI: 0.13–0.71) and emotion regulation ability (SMD = 0.47, 95% CI: 0.06–0.92) in individuals with ADHD, and showed a positive trend toward alleviating anxiety symptoms (SMD = 0.43, 95% CI: 0.006–0.84).
